The first person (manager) I spoke to about the ring measured the diamonds and agreed with the appraiser at first The owner refused to weigh the ring In front of me He gave me many excuses as to why he couldn't In the end they did replace my yellow gold band with a white goldThe actual retail price of first ring cost more (original receipt included) then new ringHe just got it on sale I'm now stuck with white gold they polished to yellow It is already turning white gold from wear

Review: My spouse purchased a 1 k, 5 stone, diamond anniversary ring. When I had it appraised I found out it was 3/4 k.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the ring we paid for without sacrificing quality of diamonds. I would also like the costs of appraisal reimbursed. And a complete appraisal done on new ring so I know I'm getting what I paid for.

The customer contact us regarding this and we were more than happy to help him because we always seeking the customer satisfaction with our services. We replace the ring he bought three years ago with $900 with new ring with $ 2000 sales price (please see the attached with this letter).we issue store credit for him with the total of $300 which the customer already use it on May 23 and we also gave him the cost of the appraisal they made with a third party. However after we receive the original ring they bought from us and we examined to see if the appraisal was right or wrong we took the diamonds out from the ring and we weighted and it was one carat which means the customer in the first place and the estimate of the appraisal was wrong. However we were glad to make our customer happy. Please feel free to contact me back regarding this matter.

Review: Wife bought a watch at this store - watch did not work within 2 days.
Wife returned and they claimed it was a battery problem - watch began to fail within 24 hours.
Wife returned a second time and they refused to refund the purchase price and pressured my wife into buying a more expensive watch and paying the difference in costs herself.Desired Settlement: I want our money back -
