I needed a wheelchair ramp and wanted an 8xft deck for our mobile home after my husband's health preventing him using our standard steps to the front door We met the salesman and were assured Infinity was a very large company with strict standards and many employees and although we felt it was a very high price at almost $10K, we wanted a professional job so we agreed on the layout and date of installationThe build was postponed twice and when the crew showed up, it was one guy and took days to completeIt did not include skirting (the builder said it wasn't included in the quote even though the salesman mentioned it as an optional expense) so the deck is just sitting up in the air and there no backboards on the steps up to the deck which looks horribleThe builder did a very good job for his part but after $10K, I still have to find someone to complete the job It looks very unprofessional and I feel could have gotten the same results hiring a neighbor kid for much less

I am not pleased with the Gutter Helmet system installed years ago We now have more ice and snow build up than when we just had the seamless gutters and leaf screens We have icicles over Ft long and ice falling on us many mornings when leaving for work I would not recommend this business or its gutter helmet products at all

I have had Infinity Home Improvement (I.H.I.), repair my leaking roof and skylights. They were affordable, on time and courteous. At a later date, I had I.H.I. repair my decking using composite materials. They misquoted the pricing twice, were late in ordering and installing the materials. For over 2 weeks I had great difficulty contacting them, as they kept handing me over to other departments within their business. In 6 weeks time, the deck is still incomplete and I have concerns that they are ignoring me since the job has been pain in full.

I purchase a truck from this business drove it for a week and it stop running I have tried to get them to help me but they will not. The mechanic on duty is a brainless person the company is very reluctant in helping with my truck. I am now paying payments on a vehicle that only ran one week. Should I sue them I really do not want to pay for a vehicle that I cannot drive. Any suggestions on what I need to do to get my car fixed. I would never recommend anyone go there to get a deal they just screw you.
