Everyone needs to go check out winnipeg dodge when you are in the market for a new vehicle! They have a huge inventory and awesome staff! I have had an amazing experience with nikki as my sales personEven after the purchase of my ram I have had ongoing communication with everything from warranty work and add-ons put on my truckNikki and all the staff over at winnipeg dodge has made everything very easy every step, going so far as to arrange rental vehicles and ordering of parts during an autopac claimI can't say enough about the awesome experience I have had and hope people take this review to heart and go see Nikki for a great new vehicle
I'm not sure where to begin with this placeRight from the get go it was a messThe price on the website was listed as $less than comparable vehiclesAfter phoning and confirming that was the price for that specific vehicle I went down to look at itAs soon as I got there the excuses and apologies startedComputer error was to blameThe salesman should have known it was too low and looked into it before letting me come downI ended up going back and buying the truck for closer to the actual asking priceWhen all the papers were signed I was handed one key and told they are only required to give me one keyBut the other key was being shipped in from the previous ownersAfter looking through my bill there was charges for wheel locks and a carfax reportNeither of which were includedI had to fight to get them as if it was an inconvenience for the salesmandays later there was a loud squeal coming from the back tireI booked an appointment and was assured they would look at it and I could meet with the manager to discuss what the problem wasWhen I brought my truck there, they had no idea what I was talking aboutThey refused to look at it because the salesman was off that dayI convinced the mechanic to take it for a spin and tell me what he thought the problem wasHe said look at the brakesAfter taking the wheel off at home and looking at the brakes, I discovered the rear brake pad was worn beyond the squealerHow could the truck be safetied if there's no pads left? The only good person this whole experience was the shop foremanHe told me to bring in the truck and they would put on new brake pads and check the other ones After that was done the truck has been running fineI emailed to ask about my second key and was told the key wasn't coming but they'd split a new key with meWhen I phoned to confirm this I was told they couldn't do itI was told they could maybe give me a free oil change for my troubles, but the salesman couldn't even commit to thatAll in all it was a terrible experience and I should've walked away *** I would not recommend this place to anybody ***
I recently purchased a Dodge Ram 4xfrom "Winnipeg Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram"I wasn't looking forward to the whole "negotiating game" that one usually associates with buying a vehicle from a dealerI was pleasantly surprised by experience at Winnipeg DodgeI conveniently booked an appointment with a sales associate via their live online chat featureWhen I met with the sales associate later that week, I found her to be very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal withShe took a great deal of time with me, and as a result I drove away that same day with a new Ram Working with the finance manager was also a very pleasant experienceAll fees/costs were carefully explained to me and he even found a way to knock an extra percentage point off my interest rateI am very happy with my experience dealing with "Winnipeg Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram" P.SI have the litre Vand it is an amazing engineMy gas mileage is excellent and the hp, double-overhead cam, valve engine has impressive acceleration to boot-BBuchanan (August, 2016)
Winnipeg Dodge uses deceptive advertising practices by advertising vehicles at a certain price but then claiming the advertised price is only a down payment (specifically with used vehicles) They then draw you in for appointments and make you wait for hours, and rejecting purchase offers made for the full advertised price
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEThey would not give our deposit back after we couldn't work a deal and wanted me to sign for $100/month more than they offeredWill never do business with these people again
On the 8th of December I purchased a used 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 from Winnipeg Dodge Jeep. The salesman that assisted me would no longer have anything to do with me once the sale was finalized.
Within the first week of having this truck, the Battery had to be replaced by bringing it to a different mechanic, which should have been tested prior to vehicle being sold. Now it has been two and half weeks later, and on the 27th of December the Blower Motor started to make a noise. On the 28th I phoned Winnipeg Dodge to see if anything could be done, I spoke to the General Sales Manager and he told me to come down. When I arrived I went to see the General Sales Manager who told me to go to the Express Lane and would meet me there and never did; once I was there I was told they had no time to look at the vehicle by the Service Guy. Even when I said that the General Sales Manager sent me they still insisted they "had no time". The Service Guy there also said that they would have to charge me $100.00 an hour, and that was just to look at the vehicle to determine if it was actually the Blower Motor.
Now with that being said, on the back of the Bill of Sale there is a statement that if anything should go wrong within 30 days of delivery of vehicle that they would cover 50% parts and labor. And the Amount the Service Technician said of $100.00 is not half of Winnipeg Dodge's Labor Cost which is $129.95 an hour. Well guess what!! Because they had no time, and its in the middle of winter I had to go elsewhere to get it replaced and cost me $257.00.
Am I happy with the Service and Treatment I received from this place?? ABSOLUTELY NOT, as far as I am concerned I should have kept my other vehicle and I WILL NEVER deal with WINNIPEG DODGE JEEP LTD. again. I will advise everyone I know not to buy a vehicle there, whether it be New or Used. These people are smooth talkers and are only concerned with their commission and definitely not with customer satisfaction.
I highly recommend Taylor Painting. They did a great job on the two rooms I had them paint. Very efficient and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Very professional and courteous. We are getting ready to have them paint our entire house.
