In regards to this complaint we have come to a resolutionI *** *** stepped in at the end of the project where the warranty was taking
placeThe original sash was not ordered tempered glass which is why the inspection failed, it took multiple times to get the correct one which we were at the mercy of the manufacture because these are custom made productsDue to the lengthy time delay I told the customer I would look into trying to do something for their time seeing as how long it took to do the warranty work and the customer had already paid the balance so it was more difficult to make those changesI let *** ***'s *** know that I would reach out once I spoke with the *** as that is his decisionI was not able to get back to him in the timely manner he requested but the last conversation he mentioned wanting to get new windows (first time mentioned to me) and at that point I offered to due a discount on those once he was ready to purchaseHe agreed to those terms and I have notated the file according for when he gets ready to speak to only myself or the *** and we would see that he is taken care of.thank you*** *** ***Window World ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***Phone: ***Fax: ***
