Newton Veterans Taxi

I had used Veterans Taxi for years for transportation to and from ***.Their service had been okay and the offered senior discounts for airport transportation. On March 22, I landed at ***, called Veterans, was given the cab number and where to meet it. When I arrived, there was no cab. When I called again, I got a recording that they had closed down. I was furious and had to take a Boston cab home which cost me almost double whatI had already paid to Veterans. I have never been able to reach Veterans since. I’d like a refund for my return trip. I will never use their service again.
