Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I would have preferred to be able to contact the sender if the calls continued, which they have, albeit at less of a frequency In addition, I would like them to acknowledge that if someone tells their representative that they want to be removed from their system the first time, that it happens I will wait for the business to perform these actions and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted] ***

Hello,We have reached out to the customer to explain our returns policy in further detail and have also refunded their remaining balance and returned the leads in questionWe proactively reached out several time before this complaint was filed with no responseAfter having received the
complaint we were able to reach the customer and now feel as though this complaint has been thoroughly investigated and an adequate resolution has been reachedTo clarify, data lead returns are automatically processed on the 1st and 16th of each month and credits issued cap at 12% of overall lead spend - Live Transfer leads are manually reviewed everyday and credits issued within business hours from initial return submissionThere is no return cap on Live Transfer leads. I am responding to complaint number [redacted]. We have contacted the customer who initiated the complaint and come to a reasonable conclusion. Email link here. It appears the person who originally made a request for health insurance quotes made an error when entering their phone number and...

for that reason, [redacted] was contacted in error. We removed the phone number from our database and demanded our marketing partners do the same.Email body is below:Hi [redacted],We received the complaint you made to the Revdex.com. I understand you are receiving calls intended for a woman named "[redacted]". It appears as though the original requester entered their number incorrectly and, as a result, attempts to deliver [redacted]'s quote were made to your phone.  We have removed your (and [redacted]'s) information from our database and have identified the parties that bought your lead information and have instructed them in very clear terms to stop calling you immediately. We are also investigating these companies' dialing practices to ensure that this does not happen again. If you continue to receive unwanted calls, please contact [email protected], we are sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you.Regards,[redacted]
