notice to discuss anythingI have made myself available through the duration of project after hours over the weekend countless timesThis complaint was generated after I was unable to make an appointment due to my daughters CIF game being announced unexpectedly at the last momentUpon learning of my conflict of schedules I rescheduled the meeting for the very next dayThis meeting was refused by the Kimball'sIt became difficult to reschedule this meeting due to the numerous people involved and coordinating their schedulesI was able to reschedule this meeting within week
With regards to *** ***'s statement that the structure was not built to square or in line with east/west frontage. The purpose of the before mentioned meeting was to address the garage portion of projectIt was I that invited *** ***'s architect to this meeting so that he could perhaps better explain the complexity of working within existing perameters of an EXISTING structure that is in fact not square, plumb or level through out. We are in the process of better explaining how the garage structure was in fact built square and in line with existing structures to have the least impact of existing structure on new structure
In the years of business my company has had zero complaints with Revdex.com and the Contractors State License board

During the meeting with owners architect that I arranged it was shown to owners that the North side of garage is square off existing garage and west is equal dimensions as it would need to be in order to build with the least impact to new and existing structures.  I am as always available to discuss this with whom ever as many times necessary to resolve this in a professional manner.

I am rejecting this response because:
It has not been proven that the structure was built in accordance with the plans. Mr. N[redacted] said that once he measured, drop lines, etc. that he would show on paper how the error occurred. He stated he knew it was not square when he used plywood and drywall to protect the slab. " Yeah I say that" and "I should of never used Rene" was the answer. So then why would Mr. N[redacted] of not contacted the architect to discuss solution before moving forward. Additionally, other items built by Rene had to be redone multiple times. The architect, Mr. S[redacted], has some thoughts to try to correct some of the obvious issues, but short of rebuilding has no solution to the "this was built poorly". As Mr. N[redacted] arranged for Mr. S[redacted] to be part of the solution then Mr. N[redacted] should be prepared to to follow the recommendations Mr. S[redacted] or other professionals may bring forward. We are available for any additional 3rd party review of the issue.

Review: Nicodemus Development was contracted to build a garage addition. The structure was not build square or in line with front of east/west frontage of existing garage structure.Desired Settlement: Refund of 130,000 plus dollars spent.
