My plumber was on time and courteous He explained everything and went over several pricing options While the price was a little higher than I was expecting, it was an amazing job I've lived in my home nearly years and have had no real plumbing issues I'm very pleased with the job done and the kindness of our plumber I also want to thank No Worries Rooter as they donated a gift certificate to the [redacted] fundraiser It was so kind the donation was so helpful! Thank you!

I had a water leak with my water heater this past Friday, so we looked around on facebook and somebody recommened them to usAfter I contacted the company they told me that there would be an $trip charge and needed my credit card infoOnce the technician was at my house, he immediately told me that the leak is really bad, damaged the drywalls everywhere and that I should utilize my insurance to pay for all the chargesHe also said that in order for this billing of the insurance to work out, I've got to use the water remediation company that he recommends or else it wouldn't workI also asked him what his charges were going to be, he said that my charge would be $to replace the water heater, in addition he was going to charge another $4000~$on top of it and have me file an insurance claim with my insurance to recover that amountAt that time I told him that all that amount doesn't make sense and that I want to wait for another water remediation company that I called mys

I own a rental in GilbertI had no idea what to do when my tenants called me to tell me that the kitchen ceiling had caved in and that there was water all over the placeLong story short, I had to drive out the same day from flagstaffI found these guys through my fiancées brotherAnd boy was I happy I called themThe girl I spoke to was very professional, she got my info and had a guy there in hr topsThe best part is that they knew how to deal with my homeowners insurance to make this less of a financial stressFound out that the leak was coming from a busted pipe made of some plastic faulty materialIf I could give these guys a star rating I would but for now I'll give them a star for getting me out of this mess without paying an arm or legI will be recommending you guys any chance I getThank you!

We recently bought our home and wanted to update the toilets since they looked old and seemed original to the year old homeNo Worries was recommended by a friend, so we called them to change out both toiletsWhile removing the old toilets Joe noticed the flange on one was in need of repairHe saved us $by recommending we try a repair kit first instead of just replacingWe'd definitely recommend No Worries Rooter to others and would be happy to use them again in the future!

I recently called this company when our toilet backed up and flooded our bathroomIt was on the weekend but they still came out ASAPThe techs that came out were personable, knowledgable and took care of everything for usWill definitely recommend in the future!

I called No Worries based on the reviews I read here & I am happy to say that the reviews were correct The prompt, professional & courteous service I received (by Joe) was a testimony to the excellent service they offer Though not cheap, I would rather pay up for quality service any day I will definitely use them in the future & highly recommend them

We had a sewage backup in our basementJoe was out in about an hour and could not have been more helpfulHe is one of the good guys!

Joe was great at ascertaining the issue with our blocked up sewer line that was affected half our house, and working until it was taken care ofHe was friendly, courteous, and professional Was completely satisfied with the work, Joe, and would freely recommend them

The owner came to my home and was very honest and gave me all my options very pleasant dealing with him

All of the services and charges were agreed upon and discussed prior to the customer signing the work order/service call report. His signature served as confirmation for such charges and work to be performed, not just the trip charge. As stated previously, if the customer will not be filing a homeowners insurance claim and does not need assistance with such, the trip charge would go back to the original $89.99 amount. Since he was billed for the $189.99, we can go ahead and issue a refund in the amount of $100.00. [redacted], on 3/25/16. First and foremost, I want to ensure you that we take pride in what we do and only engage in ethical business practices. That is exactly how we conducted ourselves at the property that day. We were upfront with our findings, recommendations and prices for the requested services. Our services and pricing were approved by the customer via a time-stamped signature before any work began (see Signature To Proceed signed at 5:50pm in attachment). Near the end of the service we were asked to leave. When the customer was asked the reason, he was unclear and stated that it had nothing to do with us. Rather it was something to do with him. like I said on my previous email, I only signed and agreed to the $189 charge. As soon as he found out that I do not wish to use his service, he immediately went in to the signed agreement and edited the fees.
