Review: I noticed there was $1,523.00 withdraw from my bank account on 10/3/2013 by [redacted] Academy in [redacted]) which is part of Nobel Learning Communities, I didn't authorized this withdraw from the bank at all.
After comunicated with [redacted] the pricipal of the [redacted] Academy in [redacted], he agree to refund, but today , after a month, I only got $1395 back on a check. There is still $128 in short.Desired Settlement: Please mail the $128 check to me. [redacted]

Review: My child attended [redacted] Academy in [redacted] WA a private school to which Nobel owns. My contract was severed inappropriately and not in accordance to the contract I signed. There was no due process. The school is/was unwilling to resolve the problems I brought forth. The school did not uphold their end of the contract in regards to employing a proper educator as well as the curriculum. The school would not accommodate my daughters educational needs.Desired Settlement: Change of policy.
