is anything we can do to make it better. We were able to sand and polish the area, and get rid of the line, and he had no issues. Customer now states that it is our problem that his product failed and peeled off. We did not spray any of our products over his, just a sand and polish. Customer was charged only for the labor, as shown in the invoice. Customer should not have attempted to repair their own vehicle without proper preparation, or without using quality products, as that is what failed. I started to give the customer an estimate on repairing and painting the entire roof when he stated that I will be adding the $100 he paid already. When I told him not to tell me what "I'm" going to do he then started to use profanity and get out of control. That is where the conversation ended.

they said they would take care of the problem , my understanding is that a business should stand behind what they do. It lasted about 4 months so do they think that is adequate. so now according to him to fix it how much is it going to cost?
