He came through and saved us over $400.00 over the nearest competitor. Absolutely fantastice customer service. [redacted]'s in business to make a living, not to take advantage of people.

He arrived promptly, went right to work, showed us the part that had broken, gave me tips on how to help my washer work more efficiently,and in general, just a great guy - clean, pleasant and knows his stuff!
