I am rejecting this response because: I have talked with the bank again today and they have not received any credit.  They said a transaction identification number cannot assist them.  It has been 14 days.  I do not believe that that you have sent the money to the bank.  I will be glad to send your products back to you.  I opened the cream, but it wasn't until the day before I realized you were charging $99.95.  I never touched it again.  I never opened the eye serum.  As I said previously, I thought it would be samples for the small fee.  Please send me a return label or return number and I will send them return receipt/certified mail so it can be verified that you did receive your product.  I will expect a full refund for both the cream ($99.95) and  the eye serum.($89.95) for a total of $189.90.

We have checked our system again for you and it shows that you have indeed been refunded in the amount of 99.95$, we are adding the transaction ID related to this refund (which was issued on 9/29/2016) and is as follows:  Trans-ID: [redacted]. Unfortunately, as stated in our original response, since you did not call us within the 14 day grace period, and you still have not returned our product, we cannot issue you a refund for the 89.95$ purchase. We at Nouvalift believe that the refund in the amount of 99.95$ (which was issued on 9/29/2016) was a more than fair. We hope this response will clear up any further confusion.
