To Whom It May concern: [redacted] ordered a packages from Nu Choice Packages May **, On another date in May [redacted] called and states that she was the mother of [redacted] and had been moved to an facility and lost his packages privilege and if we could send the packages to him in JuneWe explained to her that Our company experience a lost of many information due to a system crash and the information of the original order had to be reentered into the systemThe system is now back on lineHowever, we are experience some delay We are working day and night to get back on track [redacted] called and states she wanted a refund and then she called back to say she wanted the packages to be shipped and when she called to get a refund it set back the processing of the order this is why [redacted] had not received his order as yet The packages was processing and send out on July **,and will be delivered on July **, A credit of $was sent to [redacted] We understand that apologize for the lost of time and that the credit can not make up for him not receiving his packages Thank you for you time and patience in this mattersincerely, Maxine M [redacted] Nu Choice Inc

I do not recommend ordering products from this companyI placed a significant large order with them over a month ago to be shipped to an inmate and have not received my itemsAfter several phone calls to the company I've been given the run around and poor excusesI wasn't aware they are not part of the Revdex.com leading me to believe they are not trustworthy

To Revdex.com:When we noticed the snyder chips was order by a customer and we were out of stock and those items was discontinued because of less demand we notified [redacted] at once by email that the item which was ordered was not in stock and was discontinued and a full refund would be issued to his form of payment We also went ahead and started processing his refund and He should see the refund reflected in is next statement Thank you for you time sincerely yours, Customer servicesNu Choice

We received [redacted] 's order on April **, and the order was delayed due to a computer system error and his information was lost to us until the system was up again After going thru the original order form to find his information we wrote [redacted] to notify him of the difficulties our company was facing and if he was willing to wait for the order or should we issue a refund and we received no response We then later receive a call from a family member about his order and we explained to her about the problem and that it was now fixed she then in turned told us to send the package and we did so The Package was delivered and we received no further calls so we assumed the order was receivedWe do business with the New York State inmate Community which is third party There are times when the orders do not reach us until much later after the inmates give their order forms and request for approval by the facility and they assumed that we received those orders much soon than we doIn the package we have sent [redacted] a letter again apologizing for the situation and a credit for the delay Thank you for your time in this matter Sincerely, [redacted] NU CHOICE INC
