I purchased services from Nubody Healthcare for me and my mother on March 16, Although some services were provided (which were not effective and no follwas provided), the bulk of the services, including the laser treatments (for me and for my mother) were not provided I've made numerous efforts to make the appointments for the treatments and I requested a refund since the company was unable to render services The provider said in one of her responses to me that the company does not provide refunds However, the company did not notify me of this policy when I paid for the services or even when I made my first complaint Note that I have attempted to contact the provider via email and phone and she is nonresponsive The provider was paid in full and we have not received all of the services we paid for and what we did receive was not satisfactory
