Number One Nails

I was visiting the area of Wilson, NC due to my fiance's business. I decided to treat myself and get a manicure and pedicure. The employees had me seated in a pedicure chair for an hour waiting, even took another customer before me. Then they did a horrible job. After this is changed my mind on the manicure and just asked for a polish on the bails. She literally just painted the color, while I sat at the dryer table. They then left me at the dryer table for a half hour. Did not check the status of my nails, but checked everyone around me. I put on my shoes and drove 20 minutes home just to find out my big toes were not dry and now messed up. So I drove back and it took them 3 hours to fix the two big toes. Again they just left me ay the dryers and ruined my flip flops by getting some solution on it from their hands. The polish on my finger nails then chipped off not even 10 hours later. I went back and asked for a refund because of the inconvience and headache from this. They informed me thenpolish will not last long. I reiterated that it should last longer than 24 hours. The owner then came out and said they would fix it if I didnt like the color. I informed him thats not the issue, the issue is the inconvience. However, due to this being a weekend, it was very busy for the business and they had to wait a bit longer than if it was a regular week day. After finishing the pedicure, they decided to get a nail polish instead of the manicure. When leaving, they were not happy because the long wait time but it couldn't be help. After 30 minutes, they came back because the polish on their big toe chipped off, we fixed it for them. On the following Monday, they came back because they didn't like their nail polish and it was messed up so we told them they can pick any other color and we will repaint them free of charges. However, they instead insist on a refund of $33 for the service of the pedicure($25) and nail polish($8), unfortunately since the pedicure was completed and nothing was wrong with their feet and even tipped the technician that did their pedicure, we told them we can't give full refund just the refund for the nail of $8. They argued for the $33 refund for a bit and we told them if they want they can call the police, after which they said it's fine and snatched the $8 off the counter and mumbled, which sounded like some nasty words, while leaving. A couple hours later, their spouse called and ask about the incident to which we told them exactly what happened and they just hanged up without saying a word, so we thought that everything was straighten out. Now if they want to settle this case, we can not give back the full refund of $33 and $7 tips, but the technician had agreed to give back the $7 tips and the they already got the $8 for the nail polish on that Monday.
