Ogburn Village Solutions

Review: On 10/5/2012 I signed a lease with this ogburn solutions in may of 2013 I was informed by [redacted] my sec 8 worker that this company no longer owns the property! I was told that J&A property investments were the new landlords, so I signed a new lease in May 2013 in June of 2013 I started receiving foreclosure letters in July I received a letter informing that the property will go up got auction 7/10/2013 at the courthouse. J&A property lost the property back to ogburn solutions. ogburn solutions claiming I owe rent to him when at the time I didn't have a lease with him!! I'm totally confused I think it fraud of miscommunication between these to companies and I should not be held responsible for payment when the two companies were battling in court . I wasn't and still not sure who the proper owner is. The home was not in livable condition I have pic of mold that grew on clothes carpet and bed . I also informed the city and the found many violations!Desired Settlement: $756.00
