UNTRUSTWORTHY!! I went there to get the brakes replaced a while backSoon after my conversion van was shaking a bit, so I took it in to see what was wrongOil Exchange didn't tighten the lug nuts on the tires, so I lost oneNot only did this put me and my family in danger, but they charged me a lot of money to replace it This past March we decided to give them a second chanceMy husband took it in for a simple oil change on both of our vansSoon after, our Kia Sedona had oil pressure issuesIt wouldn't accelerate the way it should haveHe took it back to Oil Exchange, and they couldn't see anything wrong so they told us to take it to their repair shop - where they would charge us for servicesWe didn't trust them, so we took it to a different placeThey, too, could not figure out what was wrong, so we took it to a third place who told us that the air intake hose was no longer attachedWe spent around $between the auto shops to find the cause and get it fixedWe couldn't pass the emissions test until it was done Today, I took the receipts to Oil Exchange and explained the situation to themOne of the mechanics said, "Oh yeah, that sounds about right." They sent me to the "Corporate Office"There I was treated rudely by the ownerHe was condescending, arrogant, and unwilling to compensate me for my expenses I will be turning this business in to the Revdex.comIt seems to me that there are too many "Mistakes" taking place at the expense of the customerIf you value your money, don't go to Oil Exchange Fast Lube
I took an Altima in last year to get an oil changeI was the only customer there at the timeSeveral employees were standing around my car, so I figured I would get the job done right and be out in no timeI was right about one thing, I got in and out quickly, but that's where it stoppedSince they vacuum the car as part of the deal, I figured I'd go get it washedThe first thing I noticed was that the back seat area was not vacuumed at allOh well, the car wash had free vacuums, so I did it myselfAbout a month and a half later (this car is not driven a lot) I was under the hood and decided to check the oil levelIt was over a quart short and the oil seemed rather dirty for only being driven milesMy first thought was that the car was burning oil, so I added a quart, which didn't completely fill itI noted the level on the dipstick and wrote down the mileageAfter some additional time had passed and I had driven another miles, I checked the oil level againIt was exactly where I filled to when I added the quart of oilThis car isn't burning oil, the Oil Exchange shorted me over a quart of oilBased on the color of the oilI wonder if they ever changed it at allMaybe they just put on a new filter and left it like thatI'm not sure, but you can bet I won't be going back there for another oil changeA car is too big of an investment to risk having it ruined by an incompetent service facility
