Review: This company was contacted to replace a broken screen for an ** G3 Smartphone. Was quoted a price of $80 for a turnaround of 2-3 business days for arrival of new screen and installation. On 9/4/2015 dropped of device and paid business. 9/8/15 business "blamed" United State postal service for not receiving screen to fix device. On 9/9/2015 was assured by business that the screen would arrive on the 9/10/15. On 9/11/15 screen was supposedly delivered to "main bosses office" and he is supposed to deliver to the shop. 9/12-9/16 repeated attempts to get updates on repairs. No response till 9/16/15, apparently the screen is in San Francisco, rep stated that "his grandfather passed" as his reason for his unresponsiveness was told I would be given an updated that day. 9/16-9/20 no response on status. 9/21/15. Business blames USPS again, wants to charge me an additional $40 to repair. I refuse and stated they must honor quoted price. Rep tells me " I know nothing of what my boss or USPS is doing..." We are ordering another screen for overnight". 9/22/15-10/7/15 no response from business on the request for update. From 10/7/15 to 10/21 no response to updates. 10/23/15 "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" now blame USPS on another botched shipment and "ordered" another one again! 11/2/15 to 11/9 was told that they cannot respond to my messages until in the store during business hours. 11/12 to 11/18 was told the business has closed permanently, was told by rep that they "do not know" what happened to my equipment. I HAVE ALL TEXT MESSAGES FROM BUSINESS SAVED FOR RECORDS.Desired Settlement: I want to be sure that these people don't do business again if they are indeed shut down... and I my phone and money back... It's a pretty simple request.
