This is the response I sent to [redacted] on August 29th, when we first received his complaint I hope this is sufficientFrom: [redacted] Sent: Monday, August 29, 10:AMTo: ' [redacted] Subject: Past due bill Mr [redacted] When you call a service company to diagnose any kind of problem they have to charge for their time and expertiseWhen you called you stated you had already tried shields for the photos so, we would assume there was possibly a different issueA service call charge is $but, because it was taken care of in such a short time we billed only a minimum to cover our service persons time and vehicle We sent you an original invoice on the 6th of July and another notice of past due on the 3rd of AugustNow, it seems when you get the final notice you are concernedIf you were concerned about this bill it seems you would have contacted up previouslyTherefore, the charge stands and will be sent to collection if not paidOverhead Door Coof Appleton, Inc

I am responding to the above referenced complaint from Mr [redacted] which we received in the mail on 4/22/17.FiatChryslerAutomobiles (FCA) identified that the left cylinder head on this and other similar vehicles didn’t meet their long term reliability standards and issued an extended warranty on this specific component beyond the terms of the standard warrantyThe [redacted] brought their Jeep to us on 4/03/to complete this repair under this warranty extensionWe made the repair and for reasons that we cannot completely determine still had an issue that necessitated us to reorder the part and make the repair a second timeThe vehicle has now been repaired and was returned to the customer on 4/21/17.In response to specifics items that Mr [redacted] referred to:On 4/3/17, the day the Jeep was initially dropped off, the [redacted] were offered a loaner car but opted against itAt a later date, when the repairs got delayed, they did take us up on our offer and were given a loaner carAs is the case with any warranty repair, we repaired/replaced the defective component per the terms of the warrantyThe repair does not require a new engineBecause of the unique extension of the warranty by FCA, this specific component has warranty coverage good at any FCA dealer through 2/27/or 150,miles, whichever comes firstNo other component has any remaining warranty coverageThe repair was made by a fully trained FCA technician who is certified to make this repairWe will not make Mr [redacted] monthly payment on this vehicleWe had the Jeep for days and, although they didn’t take full advantage of it, the [redacted] could have had a loaner car to use for the entire durationWe felt badly about the delay and, to thank them for their patience, we did hand wash and clean the Jeep before returning itMrs [redacted] thoughtfully brought us cookies as well.Ms [redacted] , while we are sorry that the repair didn’t occur without a delay, I feel we provided the repair to the customer professionally and according to the warranty provisionsI regret that Mr [redacted] is disappointed with the circumstances.Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this issue.Sincerely, [redacted] Dominion Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram [redacted] ***

[redacted] and his employees were great!! [redacted] provided various estimates to fit our needs and his input was very valuable They started the basement renovations earlier than expected so it was appreciated greatly since we had such big and frequent rains this month! They cleaned up where they worked and were very friendly and depenable I would highly recommend them to anyone

I was here on September 10, My father and my cousin ordered piña coladas and there was pieces of glass at the bottom of both of their drinksMy father ended up cutting the insides of his mouthFood was cold and burnt

I have been in business myself for thirty years I have never heard of anybody puting over 1,miles a month on a second car , this gentleman must do alot of driving As I stated in my last response the vehicle is well out of warrenty, not a thousand not two thousand , not a month or twoIn the thirty years ,I have only had a couple of complaints, that in itself tells you the quality and integrity of my work you will not find anybody who will question the quality of my workThis gentleman is is saying some very bad things about me questioning the quality of my work and the fact that he is acting like I am somekind of salesman , gaining your trust , here is how it goes down , they call we give them a price over the phone without seeing the vehicle ( almost unheard of ) they hear the price and ask is that plus labor we say no that is everything except tax, and at half price they schedule itthe only other question they may ask is does it have a warrenty it is very disheartening to put your heart and soul and your life into something a little chunk of me goes into every one of those [redacted] piece of st transmissionsThis gentleman obviously wants something for free and he is not worried about the quality or integrity of my work or he would not had left the vehicle with meHe knows he is not going to get it fixed for $nor will he get it hereHe has insulted me , my wife and my brother we are a family owned business with all the qualities he states we don't have [redacted] needs to come get his immediately we open am monday november *, Thank you for your concern

I feel that this is not going anywhere I am confident that My Service Technicians perform quality work and I stand by them At this time I am no longer interestedin further discussion of this matter Sixteen Years is way to long to expect us to consider warranty We have no way of knowing if another Company or a handy man performed any service.Sorry that this has come to stale-mate[redacted] ***
