Review: My car was delivered to P&W BMW to have maintenance work completed. Upon the completion of the maintenance P&W gave my keys and car to a women who claimed to be my wife, she was not. They did not check her ID (she had no license) nor did they call me to confirm that someone else was going to pick up MY car. They aided the theft of my car. My car was missing for over 2 months. After multiple phone calls to their shop over the course of a few weeks, they admitted to their wrong doing and admitted to authorities that they accidentally gave my car to someone else without verifying the validity of this woman's claims. Now that the authorities were able to officially accept my stolen vehicle claim, I was finally able to (pay out of pocket) to have my car found and towed back to BMW. However, the thief still has my keys. So, on top of having to pay to find and repossess my car that P&W gave away....they are now charging me to reprogram the key...ALL DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE!Desired Settlement: 1. I want 2 newly programmed keys to my vehicle to be paid for by P&W

2. I want to be reimbursed for the expenses incurred to find the car and tow the car

3. I also want BMW to reimburse me for the months of car notes and insurance payments made on my BMW while it was in the possession of the thief they gave it to.

4. I want to be made whole for my experience with P&W's negligence and denial of such negligence.

Review: I purchased a car with an extended warranty a few years ago. In October of this year I sold that vehicle and went back to PMW to cash in the remaining cash balance on this warranty. I personally dealt with the financial representative David F[redacted] I showed him that the new car papers had my current address. I've waited for 2 months and still have not received my money. I've made several phone calls and e-mails with no resolve. I've called the warranty company and they told me that the money was sent to PMW and they had until 12-12-15 to send me a check for 28.1% value of the $2000.00 warranty. On 12-28-15 I made one more phone call and left a message with a manager, Mike B[redacted] explaining the situation. I received an e-mail saying that I would be getting a check. I feel like I'm being pushed around and I want the money that I'm owed. I'm hoping that you can help me.Desired Settlement: I want a check for the 28.1 % of the extended warranty .

Review: I purchased a 2007 BMW from a private owner October 27, 2010. The vehicle was still under the original manufacturer warranty. I was advised by the sales manager at P&W that I could purchase an extended warranty that would cover the vehicle for an additional 5 years / 120,000 (total mileage). The vehicle had 45,130 miles on it at time of purchase. I needed to have work done on the vehicle at approximatley 79,000 miles. I was advised by Warranty Solutions that my policy expired at 75,000 miles. I opted to sell the vehicle in June, 2014.

I received a letter from Warrant Solutions dated July 29, 2015 stating that my warranty was indeed valid through October 27, 2015 / 120,000 miles. At that time I phoned Warranty Solutions and learned that an audit had been performed on P&W and it was determined that P&W wrote the policy wrong. It was written as a new car warranty, expiring at 75,000, not as a used car warranty expiring at 120,000.

Warranty Solutions reimbursed me for a portion of the expenses I incurred when my claims had been turned down.

I then cancelled the remainder of the policy. I received a letter from Warranty Solutions, dated October 16, 2015 confirming that the policy was cancelled and I was due a refund. The letter states that the dealer has 30 days from the date of the letter to re-imburse me.

I placed the following phone calls to Dave, the finance manager, at P&W and they all went unanswered:

November 23 - 11:30 am

November 24 - 10:09 am (I left a message with the reception and asked her to hand him my message)

November 24 - 1:05 pm

November 24 - 3:14 pm

I also phoned him on November 25 from my home phone but do not have the exact times

On November 30, I phoned Warranty Solutions for help. They reached out and spoke with Dave on 11/30 and told me he would be phoning me. He called on 11/30 at 7:20 pm. During this call he advised that he would speak with the controller in the morning and phone me back on 12/1. I never heard from him on 12/1 so I phoned Warranty Solutions again.

On December 2 at 4:14 Dave left me a voicemail confirming that a check HAD BEEN CUT AND MAILED. On Tuesday, December 8 I phoned Dave and advised I had no received the check yet. He put me on hold, came back on the line and said the check had been cancelled out and not issued. He advised he did not know why this happened. He assured me that a check was cut again and in the mail. I phoned Dave again on Thursday, December 10 to advise I had not received the check. Again, he confirmed the check was in the mail. This is the third time I've been told that.

The letter dated October 16, 2015 clearly states they had 30 days to re-imburse me. It is not almost 60 days and I have been more than patient.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $1,113.

Review: I bought a 535 from P&W in May 2014. I also purchased a service called "1st place finish" after being strongly suggested by their manager [redacted]. I was told that someone from their dealership would call me to set up an appointment for the service within a few days. Weeks passed and no one called. I called them and again was assured someone would contact me.After waited for another six weeks and numerous failed attempts to get an appointment, I eventually gave up and visited them with a friend on Oct 1st. They promised to mail me a refund check within a week. No check received as of today (Nov 11, 2014). Called them a few times about the check and was told every time that they were still processing it.Desired Settlement: I would like to a full refund of $650 that I paid them in May 2014, for a service that was not delivered.

Review: This vehicle was listed on the [redacted] website by P&W as having a 'Premium Sound Package', noted in two separate locations within the ad. After sale, it was discovered that the car has the standard base sound package, not the Premium Sound Package. This was a critical part of the decision to purchase the vehicle. Further during the sales process, and in several months after, P&W maintained that the vehicle had smartphone USB connectivity for 'streaming music'. After providing a USB cable which did not work and two service appointments, it was finally admitted that the vehicle does not include a 'communications box' and thus the vehicle could never connect the phone via USB to stream music. I now own a vehicle that is missing two critical components that I expected to have when I purchased the vehicle. It has become clearly evident that P&W intentionally withheld information or provided inaccurate information to help close the sales deal.Desired Settlement: Enhanced USB and Bluetooth plus Smartphone Integration ($500 retail value) + Surround sound system ($875 retail value) = Total refund: $1,375

Review: I paid to have my vehicle repaired, they diagnosed the problem to be an electric pump, thermostat, and changed the fuel housing unit, which was making the vehicle over heat, paid $1700 on Dec 28, 2015. 3-4 days later I'm now having issues with the car not heating up, than the check engine light came on. The next available appointment they had was on January 20, 2016, which I took. It's now January 26, 2016 they keep telling me it's different issues, and racking up cost. I was just told on January 25, 2016 they identified a fault with the heater control valve that would explain the lack of heat in the vehicle. They want to replace this part and retested the system to see if it will work, cost $397.97. Now on January 26, 2016 they want to circle back on the heating issue, the recommendation for the heater control valve is a starting point but there's a likelihood that other repairs may be needed. The other possibility is the heater core, which is expensive and a labor intensive repair (their words not mine).

I had no issue with the vehicle's heat not working prior to the overheating, but since the replacement of those parts, it has become a nightmare. They're avoiding , at the least, they did not fix this issue properly the first time, their guessing game should not be costing me thousands of dollars. I paid $131.45 for them to diagnose the issue and in good faith to fix it, and now to be told it's likely to be something else....this has to stop.Desired Settlement: TO HAVE MY VEHICLE FIXED CORRECTLY AND TO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS DEBACLE.
