I am elderly and disabled as well as my husband. Our roof was leaking so I heard of p and p had them come out to clear off my roof. They ended up bending my railings of our ramp outside. I had contacted them to inform them we needed to figure out insurance to be able to get it fixed. They then said we didnt do anything for you it wasn't us. When we got there the ice was off the roof and the ramp was bent. Horrible business manners! Never will I use them again nor would I EVER recommend them.
Waited 5 months for a crew to show up. Metal roof still not finished after 3 weeks of "work" - usually 1 guy working alone. Living room ceiling leaking like crazy today. Really worried about this job.
