I was wrongly charged $20.00 for shipping on seat covers after ordering them went on Precision Fit seat covers website shipping is free and P & B charged me $20.00 as shown in the bill I earlier

Review: I went to this business in May to have Cruise Control installed on my 2015 Kia, two months later the product failed. I called P&B to explain what was happening, they say bring the car in and we will take a look. So I drove from Fond du Lac back to Madison for them to tell me they couldn't fix it and need to order a new component so that would be 2-3 days for them to get. So I go back for the 3rd time on Sept 8th for them to replace it. They had my car all day and when I showed up at 4:30 they told me they had a call into the manufacturer and aren't sure if they will hear from them anymore that day and they would call when they knew more. So I left without my cruise working, never got a call the next day so I called at 5pm and was told that Pete would call me right away Thursday morning. Never got a call until Friday at 1:00ish stating that they had to order another part and it will be 2-3 days and then they expect me to drive once again. So I said I just want my money back as this has cost me more than its worth and its more wear n tear on my vehicle and gas money. They said they would call me back, never heard anything until today when I called them. They said they couldnt refund my money as the company doesn't take used parts back even though its under warrenty and they would give me $50 for the labor, I said that is ridiculous as this will make my 4th time of driving down there and it has cost me more than $500 and that I just want a refund as there is no guarantees that the product may or may not work and that I was their customer. He didnt seem to care and I find it unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back as it has cost me way more than the product was worth, for the hassles of driving and the product not working. I've never been treated that poorly by a company and to basically be told it's my problem and they can't help me. I shouldn't have to keep calling when they say they will call me.

Review: I paid with my card for some parts they did not have in stock for around $146.00 Got back to my place of business and my service man found them on line for $64.00 and free shipping.

I called back to the store and asked for [redacted] the manager they said he was with a customer. I then told the guy I was talking to, I wanted to cancel my order that [redacted] just maybe had placed. he said NO PROBLEM, i'll pass this to PETE. no call from [redacted] until the parts came in 3-4 days later. At that time I told him I had called 30 min. after I had left and cancelled my order.. he said he couldn't do it it was to late! So now he was telling me if he can return them he will credit me, i'll call you. no call from him for days, I called him again, he now says he's checking with the BOSS to see what he wants to do, I'LL CALL YOU. He doesn't call for another week or so so I call him again. he now tells me with his real professional voice that he sold some of the parts, but he's still waiting to sell the last 2 little keys then he will credit me my money. This is unacceptable to me only because I called them in plenty of time to cancel the order! my company does it all the time! I will not do business with them again and will warn others to read there reviews on line and look at the pattern of bad service. PS, the keys on line are $5.00 for two keys, FREE SHIPPING!Desired Settlement: CREDIT MY CARD THE FULL AMOUNT I never received or picked up any product so this is there problem, should of cancelled my order after calling them back and getting a no problem from there company, only to get a call and saying your parts are in!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

First of all, that sounds real nice the way MR.[redacted] states how it all took place but sadly enough not so.

I did place the order, then 30 min. or less called back and he was on the phone I talked to another salesman explained the situation and he said, shouldn't be a problem ill let him know soon as he gets off the phone.

Next and the only time [redacted] has ever called me was 2-1/2 days later to say the parts were in. At that time in our conversation he said he would check to see if he could send the parts back, I might have to pay some shipping, I said ok.

Guess what, he never called me, (4 days later) so I called him. ( I asked him, do you have my number? he said YES, a sticky note right on my computer) Now he said he needs to talk to the owner and see what the owner wants to do then he'll call me back. Guess what? He never called me so I called him again (1-1/2 weeks later).That's when he said he can't/wont refund the money and only if he sells the parts will he refund the money. I had to go out of town for 8 days when I got back I called him to get this thing done with, at that time he told me he sold the parts, but he can't refund the two little keys. I asked for the owner and [redacted] instead said he's the manager over and over and never said the owner was coming in at 1:00 or I would of been there to meet him, but instead he said he could leave a message for him to call me, Guess What? he never called!! By now i'm mad and I want my money! ( I said my Attorney is coming with me, REALLY! you can do better than that PETE). I told him you will hear from my attorney and that i'm coming over to get the refund asap. I then called my attorney and he thought it best to go this route first. And here we are.

THE Solution;

I want the complete refund minus the 8 dollars for shipping [redacted] says he needs without hassle, like any upstanding company would do for there customers.

Side note,

i'm a repeat customer! I had two trucks done with tonneau covers including the carpet package in both, visors on both, floor mats and many misc. parts over the years, for myself and my company. including thousand of dollars from my friends. never again, nor will they! All over $140+ dollars!!! and now its down to two little keys!!! Now that's how you do business [redacted]..
