Customer service is an important aspect for us to remain viable Our President, *** ***, tried to contact Mrs*** on several occasions to apologize to her for the way the salesman may have conducted himself. He left messages on her home telephone number, however, she has not returned his call. We will still make attempts to contract Mrs*** to ensure her that we demand professionalism from all of our salespeople and again to apologize to her personally. In January 2018, I purchased a Fiberglass door from P&C Replacement Windows, Inc. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with my purchase. From the time the sales representative entered my home, until the installer left my home, my home remodeling experience has been a very pleasant one.

On the day of installation, the installer thought he had made an error on the measurement of the door. He explained to me that the door was not fitting properly in the opening. At that moment, I explained to him that my home was built in the early 70's and the opening of the door was not completely squared when the home was built. Having gained that knowledge, the installer was relieved and said, he would correct the problem. He made minor adjustments to the opening of the door, and the door went into the opening like a hand in a glove. Thank you P&C.

In 2017 I purchased windows from P&C and my gas bill has reduced tremendously during the winter months. I am extremely satisfied with my purchases from P&C. In the future, I will contact this company for all of my Home Improvement needs.

The office did call me after several attempts to contact them. I asked for a refund of my deposit and was told that my door is currently in production (nearly 4 months after I ordered it) therefore they cannot refund my money. In December we were told there was a delay because of the holiday. Yesterday I was told it was due to inclement weather and delayed production. I still do not have an install date for my door. I would like to keep this case open until either I have a refund or my door is PROPERLY installed.

I would also like to note that Mr. Gino M[redacted] contacted me on August 25th and told me that a new door would be installed on the second week in October. concerns as soon as possible.  Customer service is an important aspect for us to remain viable.  Mrs. [redacted] attended the 2015 Pittsburgh Home & Garden Show and entered her name in a Sweepstakes that was going on at the show. Each customer who attended the show and filled-out the slips received a show discount in the event that they purchased any products (see attached).  Mrs. [redacted] was contacted and stated that she wanted to look at our kitchen restyling products.   An appointment was set and when [redacted], the Sales Rep met with her, Mrs. [redacted] stated that she hates the ugly green color that someone painted her kitchen and she wants to replace it.  We did not force Mrs. [redacted] into buying anything.  She explained to the Rep repeatedly that she wanted a new kitchen.  Even after her son called our office, we called to assure her that we were not forcing her into anything.  Mrs. [redacted] apologized to the Rep regarding her son’s call and said to Mrs. [redacted], that I really wanted a new kitchen, but my son thinks he is going to get stuck with the bill.  The loan is unsecured so no one can take her home. We immediately cancelled the contract and the [redacted] loan.   We do not practice predatory lending on the elderly or any other consumer. We will not contact this customer again.  If the customer has any additional questions or concerns we will provide him with the address and telephone number of our corporate attorney.  Thank you for all your help and assistance.

Everyone who attends the show will receive a $500 discount if they schedule an appointment that day, the offer is good for 30 days from the date they fill-out theappointment sheet, and the offer is valid on a minimum purchase of $5,000.  There may have been a misunderstanding regarding that our customer won a free prize. We only contact customer’s who gave us his or her contact information at the show by completing at least one of the following: an appointment sheet, sweepstakes sheet, the IPod (computer), etc. We do not force ourselves into any customer’s home and certainly do not want to be there under false pretenses.  We are in the home improvement business, if a customer is not seeking a home improvement project before we meet them; they are not potential customers.  We do not want to waste anyone’s valuable time or money travelling to meet families who are not seeking our products.We take pride in designing professional presentations that help to educate and empower potential customers on the high quality products that we promote.  We will continue to design presentations that market our products in a manner that is satisfactory to our target audience.  We appreciate the feedback from Mrs. [redacted] regarding the timeframe.  Thank you for all your help and assistance.   We take pride indesigning professional presentations that help to educate and empower potentialcustomers on the high quality products that we promote.  We will continue to design presentations thatmarket our products in a manner that is satisfactory to our targetaudience.  We appreciate the feedbackfrom Mrs. Paterson regarding the timeframe.  Thank you forall your help and assistance.

We make every effort to totally satisfy our customers.  Our warranty does cover breakage and replacement parts.  I am checking on the status of her replacement parts.  Our windows and parts come from the manufacturer, normal operating is covered under the glass breakage warranty, any...

reason for the glass breaking is not covered under the warranty, there is a charge under some conditions. I think her window parts and glass is covered.  We did send the information to the manufacturer.  I am checking on her service parts and replacement.  The parts usually take a few weeks to come back.  Thank you.

I have stopped pursuing this case through my attorney and am satisfied with closing this case with the Revdex.com. RESPONSE Mrs. [redacted] called the office on Thursday, January 26, [redacted]7, stating that she is having problems with her window again. She said it is the same one I had problems with before.  The window is not...

locking properly.  I looked up her file in our computer and read the previous report that stated in August [redacted]4, one of our servicemen went to check her windows and determined that the top sash was not pushed all the way up so the bottom sash would not lock properly.  The serviceman pushed the top window up, closed, and locked her window.  I told her that there is a $95.00 trip charge for the first ½ hour for our serviceman to come out again, because her windows are more than two years old.   She said, “I do not feel that I should have to pay because I keep having problems with the same window”.  She also stated that our owner came out and was supposed to have the window replaced.  I told her that I would check with our owner to find out if he is aware of this issue, because I did not see that information in the computer.  We do not work full days on Fridays. Monday, morning I received this complaint in my email.   We will schedule a serviceman to check her windows to find out if she needs any replacement parts.  I am still not sure whom she spoke with regarding replacing the window.  If the serviceman recommends the window be replaced then we will contact the manufacturer for any replacement parts.  Tonya A[redacted] Office Manager ###-###-####, Ext.
