P J S A CONSTRUCTION

Paul Dumas was contracted to repair my chimney as a part of the contract when I was contracting this house back in mid-December. The sale went through with the understanding that Paul (owner of Flagstaff Home Pros) would be out to fix the chimney as soon as he was called. I contacted him end of december and he eventually came out to inspect it to purchase materials needed. From then on for the past 6 months I have attempted to call him to find out what the status of the repair is and he not only does not answer the phone, he doesn't return any phone calls. The real estate agent involved tried to contact him with the same issue, he did respond to his email saying 'he'd get around to it'. That was 3-4 months ago. The real estate agent and I, disgusted with the most horrific service and completely absent professionalism on Paul's part, have finally contacted another contracter who is on top of getting back to me and getting things done. I have never had a company treat me so poorly in my life.
