Rude AF
Had no idea I was sent into collections because of Washington DMV returned my payment due to their crap system. Can't renew my tabs and they told I need to pay this debt collector. Called them and asked if they would agree on a settlement and they said they don't do settlements. Sounds like all they care about is themselves and money. Super rude and must be miserable people if they decide they can just treat people like garbage!

I got a call from them last week. I moved, so its a parking ticket I don't remember getting and an updated seattle city and light bill literally received (from them) two days after the call. On the call I could hear the "trainer" coaching the agent conferenced in on the call on what to say to me - extremely unprofessional. I confirmed my new address to send (which you already had), confirmed my name and number i.e. per the trainer "Make sure you to get him to confirm his name and number - ask him again!", and then confirmed you have permission to call me. However, I have not received anything and now I continue to get the x4800 calls that literally tell me to call you back when I answer! No thanks. You have the record of my call 11/7 at 17:45 pm from x2041. I gave two stars as the actual agent was professional, assuming I ignore the trainer telling her what to say to me.

Review: I received a call from PMT Solutions concerning a bill with [redacted] for $168.62. I informed the person that called that I've never lived at the address he gave (which he said was Seattle) and had no idea about why he had my name and number. After he hung up, I contacted my youngest son and asked him about the address. He said that was the apartment he lived in. He explained that he had settled his final bill. I told him what was going on and suggested he get in touch with [redacted] to get it resolved. I then called PMT Solutions back and before I could finish my question, they said I had to call [redacted]. I called [redacted], explained to the gentleman that answered the phone what was going on. After checking the account, which he confirmed was in my son's name, he asked how I came about calling them. I explained, again, about the call from PMT Solutions. He did some more checking and said, we have no idea who you are. Until you called us, we didn't even know you existed. I then called PMT Solutions back. [redacted] answered the phone. I explained to her that I had received a call from them about an outstanding debt. I was told I had to call [redacted] to get it straightened out. That had been done. She said they would block my number to make sure I got no more calls. I said that was fine, but I need to know how you got my information. She said I would have to call [redacted] and ask them. I told her I had and they said they didn't know I existed until I called that I had to ask PMT Solutions. She said she couldn't answer that question but she could transfer me to a manger if I'd like. I agreed. She transferred me to a manager where after a couple of rings, it went to voice mail. The voice said to leave a message and they would call me back, however, instead of the beep to leave a message, I got a notification the mailbox was full and couldn't accept anymore message. I then hung up. Desired Settlement: I want to know how PMT Solutions got my name and phone to call me about a bill that wasn't mine. I also want to make sure that PMT Solutions has deleted all my personal information from their computer systems and files.

Mr. [redacted] is correct. The account on PMT System is for a different party with the same last name. PMT skip tracing vendor provided Mr. [redacted] phone # as a possible contact # for the person on our system. When Mr. [redacted] advised us that this was his information we immediately removed all of his information from our system. The information was corrected on July 16, 2013. There is no information on Mr. [redacted] in PMT System. I apologize for the confusion.

Consumer's Final Response /* (2000, 7, 2013/07/22) */

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

While I marked yes, I accept the response, that does nothing to change the fact that employees of the company lied to me about how they got my information. That and the fact that I could not get to the next level (voice mailbox is full) to voice a complaint is an unacceptable and unethical way to do business. That being said, there is nothing else that can come out of continuing the complaint. I would like to thank the Revdex.com for their help in this matter and Mr. [redacted] for his response

Review: Dear Sirs,

I live in San Antonio, Texas for about a month now I am getting automated calls from this company about 4 times a day, the normal routine of from this caller is,

Call 1. the call initiated but no sound nor transfer, I hang up.

Call 2. is within 15 sec and it is silent for 30 sec and an automated recording asking for some unknown person [redacted] or [redacted] same person every time, the automation continues with options and option 3 state that if this person cannot be reached at this number press 3,and to have the number removed from future call . I do so and it ends up routing to a consultant who is [redacted], of PMT Solutions, he is very rude person I have told him to quit call that they have the wrong number and I have no idea who that person is or who they are. I have informed him I have requested this by automatic machine they use and by talking to to [redacted] himself. He then gets inquisitive and denies calling my number and that is is done by automatic dialer, I have given him my number and still I get calls. After I hang up with him, warning him I will report them to the FCC for harassment if they continue.

I then receive calls from them at 2 pm and again at 6 pm on occasion I get another call at 8:57 pm. I'm done, I want retribution at this point, I am not the person they are calling for and I know nothing of this person. I have been nice and asked them to stop they are incorrect in their information for contact. Now Im mad, I am tired of my privacy being invaded unlawfully and my peace is being disturbed by this automation calling for unsolicited and unwarranted reasons.

If you cannot help then tell where I can get it. I want my government and legal system to protect me finally instead of protecting the GUILTY PERSONS AND PARTIES.

You have my email you can contact me that way for now.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the top best legal retrubution allowed by the law to make an example of this company and to show what can happen to other companies that follow the same practice. I want it publicly know on all Public Communication systems. It is time that automated calls are put out of business and to stop harrasing innocent people like me and billions of others which have placed their phone numbers on do not call lists yet seem to get an increase of HARRASHING Calls for Sales, Adeversising, GOVT CAMPAIGNS, Wrongfull Collection Calls.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH: I want my piece and privacy invasion to be stopped NOW.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to [redacted]'s complaint.

It is our goal and mission to treat every consumer with dignity and respect.

Our records indicate we receive three accounts in our office the week of 12-23-14 through 12-31-14.We sent each account to a third party vendor who provides phone numbers to PMT for the purpose of contacting the correct consumer on 1/5/15. Upon review of the phone number provided XXX-XXX-XXXX we found that the number provided does not list Ms. [redacted] as the consumer we were attempting to reach. Our records indicate the customer spoke to our representative on 1/7/15 and he marked the file as a wrong number however, failed to look in our system for any additional accounts that may have the number listed. On 1/7/15 we made dialed a different account which had the number XXX-XXX-XXXX. We have scrubbed and marked the phone number as a wrong number for the consumer we are trying to reach.

Additionally, we have taken the opportunity to retrain the representative in our office and provided the representative the consumer's feedback regarding her experience with our representative.

We value every customer and their experience with our office and will continue to strive to ensure that every consumer's experience is best of class whether they have an account in our office or not.

It is our business practice to try and resolve all disputes and issues a consumer may have in a timely manner.

Review: Don't own a car with the indicated license number and the ticket violation number is no registered in the Washington

state system. Fake business or what?Desired Settlement: I think this is a scam.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2013/12/05) */

Our records indicate the consumer's account was placed in our office by our client, [redacted] on 11/14/13. The court sent the account to our office for none payment of one of two citations that was recieved by the consumer on 5/31/2013 at 10:09. The consumer was pulled over and issued both citations by the officer. The consumer requested a hearing on 7/3/13 however failed to appear and therefore on 8/3/13 a default judgement was entered on case number XXXXXXXXX. Conversly, PMT Solutions sent a letter to the consumer on 11/14/13 notifying them of the outstanding debt. We did not have a valid phone number for the consumer at the time of placement. It is our goal to resolve this account for both the consumer and our client.

Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2013/12/13) */

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

I don't believe the citation for 5/31 is correct. I obtained a copy of my driving record and will call the court phone listed on the record to discuss the citation.

Review: This company continues to call me on my work provided cell phone for a collection manner that is not mine. I have request numerous times for them to remove the number at which time they state that they don't have the number in their system. Then how is my number being called. I have requested to speak to a supervisor at which time I am told that they are unable to take the call and that the person will leave a message for them to call which never happens. Is there a way to get this to stop?Desired Settlement: Get my number out of PMT system.

Business

Response:

This person is not on our system by name or phone number. If the phone # was previous on our system and she called in to have it removed it would no longer pull up. So in saying that the phone # was removed from our system when notified that it was a wrong number.[redacted]

Review: They first sent me a bill for Tacoma Public Utilities under one address, then sent another one under a different address when I didn't respond. Months later, just a few weeks ago they send me another bill/debt collector but nos its for Seattle City Light. I know I paid my utilities bill when I moved from Tacoma to Seattle and this is completely shady. Even the bills don't look genuine. I know I owe nothing and these fake notices need to stop!Desired Settlement: I want them to stop harrassing me and to stop trying to get money from me that I do not owe. This is a bad company and should be closed down.
