[redacted] Oct (days ago) to me, usaexporting Dear Sir/Madam: Previously I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com against USA Exporting, Incregarding the purcase of a [redacted] and the mechanical problems that resulted within hours of said purchase As you are aware, this matter was not resolved with the Revdex.com, therefore a Complaint was filed with the Philadelphia Municipal Court As of this date, this matter was settled out of Court, and part of the settlement was that I would contact the Revdex.com to advise of said settlement The vehicle has been repaired and my costs have been reimbursed in this matter Thank you again for your help and assistance in this matter Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To be exact, according to mapquest, I am miles away from their location Yes the vehicle did drive fine to my residence, wherein I pulled into my garage and left it there for the evening The next morning when I went to pull out of my garage is when I had an issue! With regard to the “following day I took said vehicle to my local mechanic for further inspection” is far from the truth I backed out of my garage at my residence when I heard a loud clanking sound and the car shut off I called my mechanic and he made road call to my house to access the situation, wherein it was then towed to my mechanic’s shop At which time, I spoke with Ken to advise of my dissatisfaction and the problem at hand, wherein Ken advised that the matter would be paid by them My mechanic also spoke with Ken on the telephone that same day, indicating about the problem with the crank pulley and water pump, Ken again indicating to my mechanic that they would make payment in full for the charges With regard to communicating and settling this matter, no one has contacted me, my mechanic, returned any of my telephone calls and/or my mechanics telephone calls to them regarding this matter To date, this is the only response from them, which took a day shy of a month and several attempts on your behalf for a response that is non-factual to the complaint filed on May 6, As to why, I contacted and filed said Complaint, is because this matter has not been resolved, they have failed to return telephone calls placed to them, failed to make payment for this issue at hand, and continue to fail to contact me and/or settle this matter as of this date, June 5, In addition, with regard to my mechanic being certified and/or qualified, in my opinion (and I am sure many of his other customers) he is certified and more then qualified He has been in business for years, has worked on my other vehicle since it was new in 2001, which that vehicle currently has 412,miles on it and runs great, so I think my mechanic is doing something right! On October 31, 2015, I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Throughout the year, there has been some major issues, but at the end of the day, I commend Igor of PA Auto Sales for resolving the issues one way or another Igor is one who does try to work things out with his customers without it being taking any further Yes, I would recommend this business to others, because to be honest, there are some dealers who want nothing else to do with you after the sale That's not Igor

I am rejecting this response because: I was never told that I needed to come up with money originally to switch out of a vehicle I told you I wanted to switch out of within the daysAnd PA Autosales pushed me off for monthsThe recent visit I was told I need to put money down on a new loan for a car that has had issues since day 1! You did not repair the issue with the vehicle that needed to be resolvedI am continually disappointed with my service from your business and I am a very patient personAt this point I would like to be reimbursed for the different steering part *** needs to put in my car or I would like my vehicle to be changed out for a vehicle of equal valueIf the approximate $in negative equity the loan has is an issue I can pay thatBut it is unacceptable to ask me to pay $7000+ to change out of vehicle that I asked to be changed out of in the 1st days!

[redacted] purchased a fine vehicle from our dealership. Her 2005 [redacted] was fully serviced and inspected prior to sale.[redacted] lives and drove...

the vehicle several hours drive from our dealership back to her house without incident. The following day, she took the vehicle to her local mechanic for further inspections. We are not certain that . [redacted]'s mechanic is certified nor qualified to work on such vehicles as [redacted], but we are certain that the vehicle was in perfect operating condition when she left the dealership. It seems a bit coincidental that the vehicle had mechanical issues as soon as her mechanic 'checked' the vehicle.We have an excellent reputation in the area and have sold thousands of luxury vehicles such as [redacted]'s [redacted]. We have communicated and assisted in settling this matter. We are a bit confused why [redacted] would have taken this step to contact Revdex.com, as we have done everything in our power to make her happy.We will be contacting [redacted]to resolve any outstanding issues.Regards,

Good morning,Please be advised there were minor issues on the vehicle at the beginning and we fixed everything and provided rental vehicle to the customer. We're really sorry that you've been in dangerous situation on the highway. It can happen to anybody, and we still address that issue and reimburse customer for the repairs. Please let us know if you have down payment to cover negative equity to get you transferred to a different unit. We're always trying to help out this customer as much as we can.
