I moved to Milton Florida from Ohio years ago and have required Plumbing work on occasionsThe others were O.K., but nothing specialToday, Saturday 2-20-2016, I was in need of a plumber and for the first time called Pace PlumbingThey sent guys within a few hours and took care of the problem in a short timeThey even did a few extra things, and all of this at a reasonable priceI will be using them in the future when needed and highly recommend their service

Hernando, MS XXXXX. Phone XXX-XXX-XXXX.This company came to my house originally on 2/10/14 to repair a leak in a drain and a leak in a toilet. They made the repairs on that date and I gave them a check for $214.00. They returned 3 different times that week to correct the leaks because they weren't completed properly. The drain leak was repaired satisfactorily, but the toilet still leaks. Late on 2/14/14 the toilet started leaking again. I left a recorded message at their number, and they returned my call on 2/17/14. I was told to keep an eye on it to see if it still leaked, but they really weren't sure how to fix it. I called them the next morning 2/18/14 and said it was still leaking. I was told that they had discussed my problem but did not know how to fix it. I asked for a partial refund since they did not fix the leak and I needed to find someone to repair it. I was told they they would have the owner call me. I have not heard from them since that time, and I have found someone else to fix the leak.I am asking for half of my payment to be returned since they only repaired one of two leaks.My name is [redacted].
