Review: I bought a outdoor patio set at Sears last fall. When I picked it up, the box seemed to be taped up a few times, it was in fairly poor shape. The man at Sears on the loading dock says if you have a problem with it just return it. when I went to assemble it there was a document inside that stated if there is a problem with the product do not return to the store contact Pacific Casual direct. I attempted to assemble the chairs and none of the pieces seem to fit properly. Upon further inspection the legs seemed to be damaged. No Matter which two pieces I matched up between the four, none of them were even close to being the same. So, I contacted Pacific Casual in November of 2013 and they asked me to upload pictures and email them. Im not very savvy with computers so, this was a big hassle. I finally had a friend help me get them uploaded and I sent the email. Several weeks go by and I didn't hear back from them. So, I called them and they said they never got the email. So, I sent it again. Several weeks go by again. So, I contact them again. Finally they respond and tell me one of the pieces I have in the photos I sent was on wrong and I explained that I did that in an attempt to see if I could use what I had and didn't want to disassemble it for the picture. At that point the CSR Michele Garcia emailed me and informed me that she forwarded all my info to her supervisor and she was waiting on a decision. Again several weeks go by and I contact Ms.Garcia again and she finally tells me her supervisor has OK'd new parts to be sent. She informed me that it was their busy season so it may be 3 to 4 days before they shipped the part and that it was being shipped Fed Ex Ground and it would take 5 to 7 business days to arrive once the items were shipped. It has now been 5 weeks and 3 days since I was told the new parts were to be shipped in the next 3 to 4 days. My first contact with Pacific Casual was in November of 2013 it is now June of 2014 still no resolve.Desired Settlement: Just send me the parts that they have agreed to send me that's all. Now! Not 3 or 4 business day from now. This has gone on for over 7 months and it's ridiculous at this point that I have not gotten the parts that would resolve this mess.

Review: I purchased a backyard gazebo for $600.00 on 6/19/2013. The gazebo was constructed and secured to the ground as instructed on 6/20/2013. Three days later the gazebo was lying on the ground. It was broken at every welding point. When the welding points broke they punctured holes into the material on the top of the gazebo. I am extremely upset. My husband and I have not even made a single payment on this gazebo. I contacted American Sales where I purchased it from. My husband and I were lead to believe that this product was a sturdy purchase for our backyard oasis. American Sales would not help me in any way. I was given the number to the manufacturer. I contacted them and sent photos showing the broken welding points on June 26th per their instructions. I have not received a response to my complaint nor my follow up email asking for a status update. As a consumer, I feel it is unacceptable for a company to simply ignore a customers complaint. For $600 dollars I expected much more from not only the product but the company as well.Desired Settlement: I would like to either be refunded for my purchase or given another gazebo.
