I submitted a review a few days ago regarding some issues I'd had...I just wanted to follow up saying these issues have been addressed and resolvedThe owner is very pleasant and very customer service oriented, now that things are ironed out I'm sure I'll enjoy going to Pacific Coast in the future Thanks again!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] ?"Convinced an employee to hold $towards three months of tanning" Mrs***, when I "joined", Pacific Coast Tan gave me months tanning for $During the month period I asked the girl if I could put money on my "account" to go toward another monthsI paid the staff times, $My question is, if you saw the money coming into your register times, why did you not tell them that they couldn't/shouldn't do this, or that I wasn't permitted to do this? Annnnd, how exactly did I, "convinced an employee"? It's true, I did NOT, do NOT have a membership and didn't want oneso they offered me a cash planI made payments toward my months as I went along tanning (no minimum or maximum amount to pay & no contract), and I REALLY appreciated that, as I didn't want them to go into my bank account with an autopay dealApproaching the last few days of the months I initially had, I went to get/ask for another months, and the girl said, "I can't give you the deal the last girl did." So she came up with a "deal" that was a or percent increase from what I was given for the first monthsI said, "No thanks, I'll just take my money back." "Well, I can't just take money out of the register (which I actually understood) and I need to call the owner""How long will that take?" She said "tomorrow", and I left That same day I got a call from a girl at the business and she said to call her back, as she had an answer from the ownerI did call the following day to hear, "The owner said all sales are final" My immediate first thought was "Well, you didn't sell me anything", so I still felt as though I should have gotten my money back(This is the part that I was "rude" AT, not TO, the staff, and I told her to tell the owner to shove the $60....and I wasn't rude to the STAFF at all) I didn't agree to either of the "deals" she offered, and just said/kept saying, "I'll just take my money back", after her first initial "deal" offer, as I felt she was/the business was jacking the price up on meShe even made offer "I can give you months and throw a month in for free" I was SOOO baffled!!! All I wanted was the same deal, and she came up with a BETTER one after telling me at the start "I can't give you what the last girl did"As I said, it is/was about principle from the beginning of all this....."You want to charge me 20-percent more for the service I've had for the past three months??? "I'll just take my money back, thank you." I did not waiver on my "I'll just take the money back, thank you" from the start"......so a month of unlimited tanning is about $dollarsThe business is offering him the month of tanning at the amount of money he paid, which is a discount of what he should becharged as a non-member......" Thennnnn, how did I get months for $150?? Do you screw ALL your "members" this way? Overcharge members but make "deals" with non-members?? SO incredibly ridiculous!!! "The customer was rude to the staff in his attempts in getting tanning at a member price without being a member" WHY in the WORLD would I attempt (WANT TO) pay $as "members" do, when you just gave me a deal of months for $150? Really??? Do your customers/"valued members" have ANY idea they are being overcharged?? Too funny Mrs***, while I SOOO appreciate the fact you're even allowing me the opportunity to send this "response to the response" to you, it is STILL all about "The Principle"The owner can STILL keep the money and do as I "convinced" him to do with it, and I wouldn't go back to this business if they offered a lifetime membership and transportation to the business in a limoPrinciple Thank you for the work you do at the Revdex.com for consumers like myselfFeel free to contact me ANYtime at the cell number or email address below

?"Convinced an employee to hold $60 towards three months of tanning"

Mrs. [redacted], when I "joined", Pacific Coast Tan gave me 3 months tanning for $150. During the 3 month period I asked the girl if I could put money on my "account" to go toward another 3 months. I paid the staff 3 times, $20. My question is, if you saw the money coming into your register 3 times, why did you not tell them that they couldn't/shouldn't do this, or that I wasn't permitted to do this? Annnnd, how exactly did I, "convinced an employee"?

It's true, I did NOT, do NOT have a membership and didn't want one.... so they offered me a cash plan. I made payments toward my 3 months as I went along tanning (no minimum or maximum amount to pay & no contract), and I REALLY appreciated that, as I didn't want them to go into my bank account with an autopay deal. Approaching the last few days of the 3 months I initially had, I went to get/ask for another 3 months, and the girl said, "I can't give you the deal the last girl did." So she came up with a "deal" that was a 20 or 25 percent increase from what I was given for the first 3 months. I said, "No thanks, I'll just take my money back." "Well, I can't just take money out of the register (which I actually understood) and I need to call the owner". "How long will that take?" She said "tomorrow", and I left.

Review: I have tanned here since June 23 2014. While a member, over a period of a few weeks, I gave the company $60 to hold onto so when it was time to renew for another 3 months, I would already have $ to put towards my acct. I gave then $60.

When I went to renew for another 3 months, they tried to raise the price up over 20%, and I told them no thanks, just give me the $60 back. They tried to make a NEW deal with me but I said, "No, just return my $60."

Girl at the desk said the owner said, "All sales final". HE Didn't SELL ME ANYTING!!!" There is NO contract/deal/agreeement and he/they were CHANGING what I had!!! I wanted my money back and that is all. "ALL SALES FINAL"....but THEY Didn't SELL me anythingggg!!! This is NOT a refund, it's give me MY $60 back.

Customer service and business practices SUCK. I told him to shove the $60 as far as he can........ I 'm okay. I'm a man with a microphone AND an audience in Richmond and beyond. They'll lose more than $60 over the next few months. I hope he takes the big WINDFALL of $60 and gets some customer service/"business" owner training. Wouldn't go back to the POS store if they paid ME!!!Desired Settlement: Shove the whopping $60 as far as they can!!
