Review: Very very bad customer service! "[redacted]" with two "T" was incredibly rude, walked away while we were trying to resolve issues without excusing herself and made my sister cry by not helping resolve issues. My sister and I work with people all day, wether it's customer service or family members and we all know better than to be rude and walk away or speak over someone. Other times this Victoria hung up several times. We drive from lake Elsinore to Costa Mesa to be treated in such a bad manner. Very bad business here.Desired Settlement: As in they need to get someone with people skills in the front answering the phones, who won't hang up or be so rude and give attitude to everyone. Hiring people who won't give others information out they aren't supposed to. It's people like that, that give your business a very bad reputation. I wouldn't recommend anyone this school any longer.
