Review: I am not liking how my last report was closed, the person lied and said I did not contact them, yet they left me a voicemail.. stating they did not understand what I said...... that that over laps what was said for the case to be closed.

I have brought many products from them over the years and now I need something as per warranty and they do not want to help me and denie my claim because I wont send in the bike. there is no way I am giving you my bike, it is mine I paid for it and I do not know if I will get it back... after the lies I have seen. first they claim I sent no photos at all.. I guess they thought I deleted my emails.. I save them all of them... and showed proof I did send photos.

now they are complaining over the rust.. but hello it has been sitting there since I brought it last year. if you waited till the warranty was over so you wouldn't not replace a chain, a rim and a back piece, just say so, I could have invested in another company that makes them. . . . they spoke about defect, I did not ask for a part to be replaced, I only ask if it could be replace because it broke.... they said I ride it.. but where you here to see me riding it? I cant ride something without a tire.... just because I responded to an old email does with a photo does not mean it was from that year..... because I have contacted them before bout a previous bike... I had to take parts from there for the new one but I still need the other parts... it is apart of the warranty I do not know why you wont honer it. :(Desired Settlement: now if you want me to send you my bike, I should get a replacement first... and the day the shipper brings it he can take this one with him that day.. have specific orders not to render the package unless mine is piked up. the only way im ever gonna trust you guys again! I am sorry I can not render a receipt because I do not have that Walmart account anymore. I am not sure if anyone keeps those after a year... not like I expected to need help. even the thing in the box says DO NOT CONTACT STORE CONTACT MANUFACTURE FOR PARTS.
