The reply from ArtistSignal(AS) that I did not sign up to participate in the award is totally I did sign up and that is why AS can calculate my earnings for those months, how can AS calculate my earnings if I did not sign up for awards? And I chose to accept the payment this can be proved by the existence of my PayPal account for those monthsHow can AS redistributed the awards after they already calculated each participants' earning and paid most of the other participants?

Each month an award is split up between artists across the site. To claim your reward you must have your payment information set up in their profile. In the consecutive months, the complainant later updated her profile and began receiving her monthly award.

ArtistSignal is a competition. We have a monthly contest in which Artists can win awards/prize money. The complainant did not sign up to participate in the award giveaway in those months. This is not a payment for services. We divide $5000 every month between 6000 artists based on a percentage of votes. Many artists choose not to accept the payment as it is goodwill to help other struggling artists on the site. When you do not have your payment information set up the award is redistributed among the participating artists.

Review: I ate at Pacific Grill at south street seaport in NYC and was very disappointed with the service.Had to wait 20 min. to be waited on after I made a complaint , drinks took another 30 min to get, ordered appetizers and 4 hamburgers. The hamburgers came 20 min later and the appetizers came after the meal. The restaurant added a 15% gratuity which was NOT displayed on the menu. The asst. manager [redacted] took my disgust seriously so I thought. He took the tip and 20% off the bill. I wrote in the tip line NONE and the total of 124.10. The next day my card was charged 134.10. I called my bank who informed me yes the original bill of 124.10 was authorized but 1hr and forty five minutes later was changed to 134.10. They added a tip 0f 10.00 after I left five at the table in cash. This is an unexceptable practice and fraud. People beware.Desired Settlement: I would like the owner to be aware of this fraudulent practice if he is not aware. I would like [redacted] to be prosecuted for identity theft and credit card fraud.

This is regarding the complaint letter sent by [redacted] which states that she has been overcharged $10.00 gratuity. On Sunday July [redacted] with three other guests had lunch at our restaurant. According to the server, they were rude from the moment of introduction until after they got the bill. When the server asked them if everything was alright, [redacted] responded:" I don't want to talk to you, get me the manager." After that the manager arrived. He was all apologetic and gave them 20% discount for their complaints.

We have been contacted by [redacted] on Tuesday [redacted] of July to be informed about this issue. We took the matter seriously, apologized to her, and issued the refund of $10.00 on the same credit card which she was previously charged. We verified the original signed credit card receipt where no tips were given. Our server mistakenly put the $10.00 tip on her credit card, and we apologize for that.
