Aloha ***, The following reply you see below is from our Service Manager (Elliott T**) after reviewing Mr***'s repair order and speaking with Kenny and? Service Advisor (Mike I [redacted] ):? Dear Mr***, Thank you for your inquiryI understand your concernsUnfortunately in this situation we would need to replace the Multiplex not PCM to continue the diagnosticsThe Multiplex is currently the only known problem, it is the main hub for all of the electrical components on the car and without being able to communicate with the other modules we will not know if anything else has failedThe Multiplex needs to be replaced before we can determine what other repairs are needed, if anyWe do not have access to spare parts to continue diagnosing the vehicleI understand your concerns in regards to providing an estimate to repair your vehicle, however we are unable to provide an exact and accurate quote without being able to properly diagnose the vehicle completelyProviding an inaccurate estimate for the purposes of an insurance claim would be fraudulent.? Please feel free to contact me directly if you'd like to discuss this furtherSincerely, Elliott T**Service Manager? Pacific Honda [redacted] ***?

all of our offers from our Internet Department are for a limited time based on availability of product and incentives We will review your contentions and respond accordingly

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The result of the complaint was that they have contacted me, resolved the problem with the title and got my registration completed I am waiting to see if they follow through with sending the title to the bank like they were supposed to in the first place They have answered and completed 90% of the task with satisfaction I would like to note their response in the complaint if that is possible Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The sales director called my husband last Wednesday i.e Sept 3rd and promised to call back to setup a meeting to speak about the situation, but so far we haven't heard from him or from the companyI am really not sure if the company wants to resolve this in good faith now Regards, [redacted]

I have car shopping for weeks, initially had a great saleswomanI am a queer woman of colourI initially checked out a car Friday afternoon, had a specific question about remaining manufacturer warrantyThe saleswoman got a hold of the manufacturer and answered my questionFive minutes later the male manager showed up and in a patronizing tone told me to "use your smart phone to Google battery..." infoNeedless to say things went from bad to worse after I had an independent mechanical inspection doneI showed up on Tuesday ready to negotiateAgain the saleswoman was on the ball but when it came time to deal with the male manager, he spent several minutes telling me my "feelings" were wrongWhen I reiterated that I was making an offer based on my opinion of value he physically pushed his chair away from me and spent several more minutes telling me about my "feelings"I interrupted, stated "I thought this was a negotiation, if it's not I'd rather not waste my time." He had nothing to sayI walked away completely disgustedCondescending, patronizing, rude and insulting

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. For the record, we (my husband and me) requested that you cancel the extra warranty and the other meaningless charges that your dealership added on top of our loanWhile you verbally agreed to that and asked us to send the mileage of our vehicle to cancel the serviceWe did so as soon as we got back home from the dealershipIt has been about months since then and nothing has been doneThis is really not goodA veteran and a pregnant woman needs to be treated with respectPlease follow up with our original request as agreed to verbally during our meetingFor the record, we have referred many of our friends to your dealership for sales and service and this experience has taken the wind out of all thatThe next time we will refer all of our veteran friends and family at other dealerships for sales and service due to the bad experience that we have consistently had with pacific Honda and the promises and assumptions made by your team Regards, [redacted]

Dear Mr [redacted] , Please contact our Service Director, [redacted] at [redacted] We are receiving over calls a day since the early July consumer notification We apologize for the inconvenience

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowPlease have Pacific Honda provide proof that the [redacted] vehicle I traded in was properly released from my name after the trade in in 2011, and prior to when the new owner, who purchased the truck from Pacific Honda received a parking ticket that just destroyed my credit and caused me to pay $out of my pocketIf this paperwork had in fact been submitted by Pacific Honda, there is no way that a year later the new owner could get a ticket that would be placed in my name Again, I feel at this point it is Pacific Honda's responsibility to 1) Fix this issue with the DMV and notify them the vehicle was received as a trade in 2) Pay the fines I just received as a result of their falure to properly release me from ownership3) Contact [redacted] , [redacted] , and [redacted] and get this removed from my credit4) Contact the City of San Diego and have this ticket transferred and released from my name since I had traded in the vehicle over a year before this ticket was issued to the new owner Timeline review: - Truck traded in for a [redacted] at Pacific Honda July - I moved to [redacted] November - New owner of truck got a parking ticket - I was notifed, in [redacted] , of a parking ticket that had been unpaid since November on a truck I had traded in years ago, and over a year before ticket receivedLost points on a nearly credit score, and had to pay $out of pocket Regards, [redacted]

I had a great experience car searching the dealer I dealt with was very friendly and gave me exactly what I was looking for thank you Darnell J

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory pending the contact from the business which it has failed to do so until now I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

Dear Ms. *., When you visited the Dealership in August you met with the General Sales Manager, [redacted] , and the Finance Director, [redacted] . Your contract was thoroughly reviewed with you at that time. Prior to your departure, you indicated that you were not sure if you wanted to cancel any of the products you purchased and were considering the purchase of another brand vehicle. Under witness of the two people listed above, as well as the male person who accompanied you, you indicated that you wanted to think of what you wanted to do. Since that meeting date, Pacific Honda has not received any correspondances from you as to the direction you wish to pursue. If you would like to arrange a meeting to discuss the cancellation of the products you purchased, we are happy to accomodate your requests. Please call [redacted] at [redacted] to arrange a meeting. Thank you.
