response because: I was told that if they could not collect, I could have the judgment returned to meThe fact that all communication stopped after I reached out for help was not how it was explained to me. I assigned this judgment to your office to help with collecting, and you agreed to help me collect not keep it for yourself and not contact me after you received itThat only tells me that it is of some value otherwise you would have communicated back with meYour office explained to me that we would split it 50/how am I to know if you collected anything if you will not communicate that to me? I will contact the courts and see if anything was collected from the *** debtor and that is the case I'm going to get an attorneyThat is just sneaky and low down and not good customer service at all

This debt was sold to me.  I do not have any obligation to update the original judgment creditor.  In fact, any sort of update as requested by the original judgment creditor could be construed as practicing law without a license.  I choose not to break the law.

Review: I assigned my case over to this company on 11/03/2011. I have not heard or received a call regarding status. I've called, emailed and left phone messages and no one has call me back. This judgment is worth a lot to me and to take my information and not even contact me with a letter, is so unprofessional and unethical.Desired Settlement: I would like a status of the judgment collection and also I want my case signed back to me.

Review: Contracted to collect a judgment on my behalf. Collected assets, however I was not satisfied with effort. Would not return my phone or email requests.

I had hired the stated company to enforce a judgment on my behalf. Assets were collected, however I was not satisfied with the effort that was not promised but was stated would be done to collect. After the company collected money, the money was held for longer than required. After several emails and messages left with the owner, the money was released. I have emailed numerous times as well as left messages for the owner to terminate collection efforts and to reassign my judgment back to me with no response back. I was told before signing the contract with the company that at anytime I was not satisfied with their collection efforts, that I could terminate efforts and that I would get my judgment reassigned to me. It has been over a year without a return call or email in response to my requests. Desired Settlement: I would like the company to stop all collection efforts on my behalf and to reassign my judgment back to me.

I have not been hired by anyone to collect anything. I purchase debt. I have no client relationship with complainant. All monies due to complainant have been paid.

Any response to complainant could be construed as practicing law without a license. I chose not to break the law.
