I am talking about their billing office. I NEVER ONCE received a invoice from them for a lousy $10.35. (I pay all my bills immediately! Usually once incurred if they are available.) However, I get NOT ONE INVOICE for 6 months!!
Then they send me a notice that I owe this $10.35 and they are adding another $25.00 to it for delinquency. Very convenient. When I call and speak to a Patient Collector she was not cooperative saying that they were sent EVEN though I NEVER received them. However she was quick to lower the late fee to only $10.00.
I confronted her about the fact I have perfect credit and NEVER pay late, would not be this angry had I rec'd the invoice's. Her response was to then put it off on the Postal Service!! She said "This one made it to you, so the other's should too. However she did imply you cant always trust the Postal Service." I told her I would only pay the original fee, she said she would note the account however it would keep accruing, THEIR POOR BUISNESS PRACTICES IS NOT NOT WORTH RUINING MY CREDIT OVER $10.00 LATE FEE.
In my opinion this is a major scam. So BEWARE!! They must be $10.00
