Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
the information they are providing is incorrect I was never asked not to tamper with the paperworkI asked the driver several times not to take pictures of my informationWhen I was signing the receipt I was writing a message that I did not authorize any picturesIt was not until the driver pulled the paperwork out of my hand that he said "don't be writing on my st" in no way did he ask politely prior to him pulling the paperwork out of my hands.

On 07/09/We were called to *** *** *** *** by Parking Management Solutions, some time around 12:00a.min the morning to pick up a vehicle for being in violation of the Home Owners Association rules, The rule is no one is allowed to be in the visitors spaces after midnightMiss
*** vehicle was hitched to the tow truck at 12:a.mVehicle ready to being taken off the property ,She came running out approaching The parking management employee and tow truck driver stating that was her vehicle ,The Parking Management Employee stated to her she need it to pay for a drop fee since vehicle was already hooked up, of course not happy but complied to paying the drop fee witch is allowed per CVC22658(a) .Driver was writing invoice and did take a picture of her I.Dsince she was paying with a credit card, wich we do because most people will call credit card company and say they didn't authorize such charge, we have to be able to prove they were present at time of such transaction, When she was asked to sign the receipt she started wring something on receipt She was asked times to please not to tamper with it, she refused and driver took receipt out of her hand As far as what was said is unknown ,but we did have a witness and after speaking to The parking Management employee We determined No wrong was done, We did speak to Driver and reminded him of our policy of treating everyone with respect,Other than that If she feels she was disrespected I apologize On behalf of our towing company

Review: "Pacific Tow" is contracted with my property management company, [redacted], to tow unauthorized vehicles from the premises. I live at the premises, and have a designated parking spot at the premises, but my car was towed nonetheless. In lookin gto file a small claim against it, I see that "Pacific Tow" is not registered at the [redacted] and it is referred to as "Pacific Towing" on this site. I think this is one thing that helps show the deceitful practices of this outfit. I am not contracted with Pacific Tow nor does my contract with my property management company adequately address the issue. The fact is, Pacific Tow stole my car from my parking spot, plain and simple, and it should pay, but also be scrutinized as to its deceitful and unethical business practices.Desired Settlement: I will seek a refund of $200 plus $600 for the $800 max in such cases, plus costs associated with filing suit. I asked them to resolve this before it got to this point, and they were stubburn, and almost dared me to do it, so I said once it got to litigation, there is no settlement or further negotiation because they apparently hear that they are going to get sued all of the time, but nobody follows through. Well, I am following through because they are bad for business, and deserve punishment! I hope they are further punished for misrepresenting their name to hide their identity whereas to make it more difficult to take it to court, and whatever other punishment that they deserve for their short comings. The address I have from the receipt is [redacted], and the phone number is [redacted].

Review: On May 4th 2013 I had an emergency with my vehicle malfunctioning and had to pull over into a parking structure. This parking lot I believe is a strip mall with a 7-11 store and various other public businesses. I left my vehicle from 7:50 pm and returned at 10:15 pm to find my vehicle had been towed. I asked the employees at 7-11 if they had reported my car as abandoned and they stated no. It was a Saturday night it was very busy and there were plenty of other vehicles in the parking structure. There is a fast food establishment and a barber shop. I called the towing company that was listed on the sign and they had no record of my vehicle. After speaking to the employee at 7-11 she stated that there is a company called pacific towing that had came and towed my car. This is after I had asked if they had reported it abandoned and she stated ( pacific towing are a bunch of vultures and they have been coming around towing vehicles from the parking lot and they even towed a employees vehicle but had to return it.) On contacting pacific towing there was no other choice than to pay the fee. I am concerned not only that they are driving around looking for vehicles to tow without them being reported. I had an emergency and left my car for only 2 hours and 10 minutes. This towing company has no website and very little information. When I called the number it was to a drivers cellphone and he delayed in returning my call to give me information on my car. My second concern is that my vehicle is shifting to the right and the steering wheel has become somewhat stiff. It has also started to tremble on the road like in a jumping type of manner. I cant explain it correctly but it feels as though it has been damaged since the night of the tow. I believe I have been towed illegally due to the car was never reported nor was it parked over night. I believe pacific towing is driving around trying to make money off regular citizens. I only left my vehicle for 2 hours or so. Thank youDesired Settlement: I am looking to have my towing fee returned which is the most important. I have a receipt. I am being charged a towing fee and also a dolly fee. I don't know what that is. I am also being charged an after hour release when my call was not returned so that I could go and get my vehicle out. I had to call back and ask for more information. The matter of the situation that my car is in after the tow I simply do not have a lawyer to seek reimbursement for any damage. Thank you

Dear [redacted]

This is in response to complaint ID [redacted], filed by [redacted].

Said vehicle was towed as an authorized, compliant tow as per the city’s vehicle codes, and posted signs. This vehicle was in violation of the limit of one hour parking in this particular business establishment. The signs posted at the entrance of the parking lot state that there is a one hour limit of parking, unless the vehicles owner is present while conducting business at an open establishment.

An important point that must be noted is that the complainant did not make an effort to contact the towing company, at the number listed on the signs, to advise that his vehicle was non-operable or having any emergency or mechanical issues, and that he’d be returning for it shortly. Unfortunately, this happened at a parking lot where there is a problem with loitering and exceeding of the posted parking limits causing some of these establishments to lose business, or inconvenience their customers.

In his complaint, the customer states his vehicle has issues since the date it was towed. This was never mentioned to our company, not when he picked it up or with any follow up phone calls. We have well trained drivers that operate our equipment safely, and we understand that the reason he pulled over and left his vehicle was due to said vehicle malfunctioning.

We are an established and reputable towing business doing our job in a compliant manner, where we seek to provide the best service to our customers while abiding by city vehicle codes and laws.

Our reputation and customer satisfaction is important to us, so with that in mind, we invite you to contact us if you have further questions or we can be of any assistance.

Best regards,
