On the 21st of Dec I mailed 2 large envelopes one to [redacted] and one to [redacted] the one that went to [redacted] was received on time but the one towent to [redacted] never left the Packnpost store never left the business they ruined my Son's and my Christmas and all they said I have to talk to the owner on Monday ? this is not the first time I have had a problem with this business I hope you can do something to stop this bad business I will tell everyone I know not to do business with them .Thank you for your timeDesired SettlementI want to know where my package is ??????? and I hope that the Federal Postal service can correct this kind of business. I am not stopping here I am going to the Post Master to complain about this business .They need to be audited for how they run there so called business . I have proof from [redacted] ground my package never left there store ?Business Response We sent out two packages [redacted] for the customer on Monday December 21, 2015 to two different addresses. One was sent to and received to a [redacted] and received on Wednesday December 23rd. The package for [redacted] was not received. The customer came in Saturday December 26th to yell at the two employees working about how we lost her package and ruined Christmas for her and her son. She informed them the package was still here and not sent according to [redacted]. An employee went back to look through the [redacted] package area as well as the [redacted] package area and found no packages belonging to the customer. All we had were the ones processed Thursday and that day. The employee told her that and was yelled at again for losing her package. The employee told her the owner worked Monday morning if she wanted to talk to me. Monday December 28, 2015, the customer came at as the store opened and yelled at the employee who opened that morning. The employee tried to explain he had no idea what she was talking about, was yelled about the lost [redacted] package and he went to look at the [redacted] package area. He could not find the package and came up front to tell her. She yelled she knew that and wanted to know what he was doing to find her package. He said the owner would be in after ten AM and they could do something at that point. She proceeded to yell at him that no one was taking responsibility for the lost package.I came in at 9:30 AM to listen to the phone message she left on the phone Sunday. She left her name and said we ruined her Christmas as well as Christmas for her son. She was irate on the message without giving me any information to know what she was talking about. When we stopped being busy around ten AM, the employee who opened told me some woman screamed at him that morning and he had little idea what it was about. He verified the message was from the same woman. The employee from Saturday came in and told us about the problem. She gave me the receipt she printed and I called [redacted] who told me they didn't have the package, we never shipped it. I sent them where their driver signed for the package when they picked up and they verified the package tracking number was scanned when the pickup was done. At that point they initiated an internal investigation to locate the package. The customer called and I tried telling her what happened so far. She yelled she went to [redacted] and they had no knowledge of any investigation, which I tried to explain would be done in the back area not at the front counter. She got even more irate, claiming we stole her package and ruined her Christmas as well as her son's. She wanted to know if we were paying for new things to be shipped and I said no as [redacted] already acknowledged they received the package. Then she went online to see they were doing an investigation and wanted to know why we had them doing it in [redacted] when that wasn't the destination. I explained it was a hub used by [redacted] and they were doing a check here in Sparks as well as in [redacted]. I said it would help if we could get her son's phone number so [redacted] could call him direct. At that point she hung up.We need to wait a week to ten days for the internal investigation to be completed. Either [redacted] will find the package and deliver or they will not and if not, a lost package claim will be done. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Well here's the most important thing I do not yell, I have a witness that is a retired postal worker of 31 years staying at my house and heard all the phone conversations and most important I never said anyone stole my package that's a lie the yelling part is a lie and yes they did ruin our Christmas [redacted] says it's there fault and they say it's Pack n posts fault? So now what ? and as far as [redacted] saying there was no investigation, they are the ones that told me and there was No one every asked me for my Son's phone # and if he had the package would it not have a final scan on that too that it was received? so here is my answer to all of this I get screwed by one of these people and you pay money for that to happen , no one is going to be honest they just pass the buck that's all. All's I know is that I will always use the U[redacted] and hope this dose not happen to anyone else .Final Business Response In response to December 31st email, I used the term yell as that was what I was told by employees and customers. Regardless of the tone and words used, the facts remain the same. None of the representatives, [redacted] or otherwise, work on Saturday, thus the employees told her to check back on Monday when I would be here to call [redacted]. She arrived early Monday and was told I wasn't in until later when I arrived, found out what happened and called [redacted] admits they picked up the package and they have started an internal investigation to find it. They are checking the [redacted] center here in Sparks as well as the centers in [redacted]. The investigating department checking is in [redacted] and as stated, need a week to ten days to verify one way or another if the package is found or not. If found, they will deliver. If not found, we need to file a claim with [redacted]. I can no more here until I hear from [redacted] as to what occurred and how we proceed from here.
