They do not respond to emails
Bought direct through their website. Found one that fit my needs better at retail store. I have tried numerous times to get return authorization of unused product and they will not comply! If you write unflattering review they will flag it! Unbelievable!

Review: In July, 2013 I was an audience member at the television program The View. Many prizes were given to audience members at that program including a $100 certificate for the Packit website. The certificate contained two different codes - one for $100 off Packit merchandise and the other for free shipping. After much manipulation on the website (it is very primitive), I finally got it to accept both codes on my order and hit the submit button. I was then asked for credit card information. Since the total merchandise order plus taxes came to $101.08 (i.e., I owed them $1.08), I provided the credit card information and concluded the transaction.When I reviewed my credit card statement in September, I discovered that they had not applied the $100 certificate to my order only the free shipping. They had charged me the full $101.08. I called the customer service number in September and again in October. Both times I was told that the "main office" had to handle such matters and they would call me back. They never did.Then I searched the internet to find a direct phone number for the "main office." On a website called Scambook.com I found a number and called it. The woman who answered said she was the owner of the company (Melissa Kieling?) and she would have someone call me right back. Another woman [###-###-####] did call back and take the certificate number. She said someone would call me the next day with a resolution. To date, no one has called me back and the $100 has not been credited to my MasterCard.Desired Settlement: I would like the $100 for the certificate credited to my MasterCard account.

Review: The company failed to disclose the final total amount due and fraudulently charged my visa account without my authorization including an excessive shipping and handling fees. It happened on the eve of August 28, 2013. 1. The company advertises with BOLD letters buy one and get one free for $19.95+P&H.2. It asks how many you want to buy and provide the visa information. I've selected 2 sets. There's no total amount or charges being displayed on the screen. No shipping handling and tax amounts either.3. After hitting the submit, then it asks if you want to get other products. I selected none.On the final page it then displays that your order has been completed and provided a total charge of $79.12. It charged me a whopping $33.70 for shipping and handling. I got shocked and there's no more button to cancel. The next day I called them and they said they can't find my order. On 09/05/2013, I saw the charge on my account and called them to cancel it, but they said it already been shipped and then I received an email that my item has been shipped.They have a 30-day money back guarantee but does not include P&H. I believe that this company deliberately doing a fraudulent transaction with the intention of getting profit out of the consumer by romping up the shipping and handling in cases the consumer decided to return the product. My main point is that I did not authorize the amount of $79.12 to be charged to my visa. Providing them the VISA, personal and shipping information is one thing. Authorizing them to charge my VISA with an amount unknowingly is fraudulent in that nature.I demand a full refund of $79.12.Desired Settlement: I demand a full refund of $79.12.

Regarding Complaint #9699467, we have responded to the complainant via e-mail. All our costs for our lunch bags as well as return policy are stated on our website, and although our company policy states that shipping charges are not refundable, we have refunded to [redacted] the entire amount that customer paid for his lunch bags and shipping costs. We have also told him to keep and enjoy the lunch bags he ordered.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9699467, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am hopeful that they will reconsider reviewing the way the transaction is being completed in their website to avoid transaction ambiguities on the part of the consumer.

But nevertheless, I am glad and thankful that they have refunded my account and more so gave the product for free. I really appreciate it.
