Wonderful service through and through.Everyone that worked on my home was great.The painters worked hard to get my home looking fabulous.I am very happy with the results.

I have seen many paint companies come and go, but Padilla Painting has withstood the test of time.I know why they are a great company.The owner is responsive and is always available .He does what he says he will do. The painters are excellent and neat. Thanks for all of your hard work, bravo!

I was updating my home and needed some painting done to the exterior of my home.In my neighborhood I saw one of their company vans and decided to call them to get an estimate.I met with the owner and he was very personable .Long story short the work was perfect and the painters were great.My home now looks fresh and transformed.

I see the Padilla Painting vans all over town,so I gave them a call.Jeff came and met with me and was great to work with.I was home most of the time ,and the employees did a great job not only keeping their workspace neat,but their overall work was pure perfection.What a great company!

Fabulous work and best customer service ever! I was recommended by several friends to use Padilla Painting and I have to say I am impressed.The staff worked hard to get the job done and were neat and courteous .Professionalism at its finest.

Hired Padilla Painting for interior job, and work began on Jan 29 for a job that was suppose to span about a month. Six months later on July 31, Jeff left an incomplete job and advised me to hire another painter. I already had paid 98% of bid price in cash to Jeff upon his request. After third payment was made June 8, the lax in service was obvious. It was increasingly difficult to get his team on site to complete. The last couple times his team was onsite, they would stay a very short time, and ignore much of what I identified as incomplete. Issues included cabinetry painted wrong color, trim painted wrong color, paint runs on cabinet doors, nail holes not properly filled, caulking lacking in places, removable shelving did not have sufficient paint coverage, some walls not properly prepared showing varied texture and sheen, insufficient covering that resulted in damage to fans,flooring and the little furniture that existed in house, and damaged dryer top as a result of his crew stepping on it.
Had to address the following issues after he abandoned job:
$2200 to finish painting, $1200 to clean floors where their paint messes existed, and replace 2 ceiling fans because of paint overspray, The dented dryer top was never replaced as Jeff promised. Computer, printer, and fax machine were damaged because they were not covered properly.
I believe part of Jeff's problem was that he bid the job depending upon a new machine he was trialing with this house which would significantly reduce labor and time. When the machine did not work as expected and his team had to revert to manually completing the tasks, his profit margin was negatively affected as evident by a month job spanning many months. It became apparent that he was looking for any way out to avoid any loss. The customer should not suffer because a job was underbid and a machine did not work as he expected.
I would highly advise against using Padilla Painting. Since this catastrophe, I have spoken to several others whom have also had negative results with Padilla Painting services.

BUSINESS RESPONSE:
The job with the customer was going well until the end .The job was complete and the customer owed $2400.00,the customer did not pay at the end of the job as what was agreed upon .The customer stated we had overspray in the grout of his tile floor.I went over there to see for myself with the customer there,I wet my finger and rubbed the grout and it was dirt/dust that wiped off,and the customer saw this. Even if there has been overspray there is no way that it would have fallen just in the grout ,the overspray would be on the tile as well.I did explain this to the customer in this manner:Paint is not selective it is not going to just go in the grout only ,the paint would be on the tile as well.The customer then had his home cleaned and afterwards customer called for us to touchup.I sent one painter there to touch up.On the 3rd attempt to collect amount,the Customer would continue to add items and I informed the customer that I was unable to satisfy him ,that he could hire another painter .My feelings are that his intent was never to pay me the $2400.00 ,and that was his way of keeping his money by seeming 'dissatisfied.' I did my part in the job and the paint job was done well.I would like for the review to be taken out since the information given by the customer was not valid.Please contact me for any further questions,etc.Thank you.

We used Padilla Painting to paint the exterior and one bedroom of our home. His crew was very professional, polite and performed an excellent job. I would recommend his company to anyone. We will definetly use them on any painting project.
