Review: THE complaint against Page Cheverolet..[redacted] told me 100.00 to fine what the problem will be and it will be applied to the repail.He had me sign a paper for THE WORK TO BE DONE.The problem found was a release switch for 24.22 cent . Review: I purchased a new vehicle on the evening of 6/29. I was told at the time of pickup that the vehicle had been serviced, cleaned, and detailed. The dealership closed early this day so it was after closing that we completed this transaction. I completed the paperwork while the vehicle was loaded for transport. After returning to Tennessee on 06/30, the vehicle was unloaded. At this time I noticed a dull appearance on the rear panel near the gas tank door. When I entered the vehicle. I then noticed that the vehicle was out of gas, the window washer fluid had not been filled, and there was trash in the doors and under the seats of the vehicle. After returning home, I had the car detailed and the dull spot could not be removed. I was informed that the paint had been removed, possibly from bird feces or being in the environment too long. We immediately began contacting the salesman, leaving several messages on his personal contact and with the dealership. These attempts continued for several days. We finally was able to speak with [redacted], our salesman. He stated that there should have been gas in the vehicle as he told us at the time of sale and the car should have been cleaned. He stated he would verify these things and contact us. It has been over two weeks and no attempts to reach us with resolution have been received.Desired Settlement: 1. Fuel cost credit
