I had 6 procedures, 1 level 5,1 level 10,and 4 level 12. I spent close to 50k on hair procedures and have a bald spot and thin baby doll hair. I can't even cut my hair short on sides because I have 6 deep scars on my head. I live with this misery daily. I wish I would have never had these procedures done.

I went to PAI for several years and experienced nothing but the best customer service from everyone in the office. The entire staff was pleasant, professional and courteous.

I really find it hard to believe that the one negative comment was about someone complaining about the scar when they go above and beyond to explain every aspect of the operation and the aftermath. PAI will even cover up the scar once the area heals for a very reasonable price.

With any new procedure you must follow directions and it seems this person did not. I buy the pills, shampoo and the helmet to give my hair the best chance to grow thick and full and it did.

I recommend PAI to anyone who's looking to restore their hair, they are second to none. Thank you PAI for being the best in the business!

My only regret is not doing this much sooner. I hesitated for years and knowing what I know now, I encourage anyone considering this procedure to proceed with confidence. The entire team at PAI made me feel comfortable, confident, and safe throughout the journey. PAI equipped me with all of my options and never pressed me to decide sooner than I was ready. I did learn that people come from all over the US and the world to have their procedure at PAI. Now I know why. I have already recommended them to others.
