Paint Maters Auto Body Repair

Review: After getting into a car accident, I took my car to a body shop, Paint Masters Auto Body to a body man by the name of [redacted]. He told me I was going to get my car the [redacted] day in August. After weeks went by I kept calling him and everyday he will push backed the date. After September [redacted] I decided enough is enough because he stopped answering my calls and when he needed more money he met me 1am but cant tell me when I was getting my car. I popped up at his shop with my cousins who knew more about cars. He tried to tell me he's almost done and the car is perfect. My cousin starts to point out that he tried to fix all old parts on my car when I paid for new parts, also he was using materials used on houses to hold my car together. Not to mention parts on my car that were not damage were all of a sudden destroyed(driver head light, and passenger fog light and grill). We started arguing back and forth when he decided to say he was going to fix it and come get the car the next week. The next week he asked for anothr week, then that week he asked for another day then another day then another day. I then said enough is enough I walked in the store and other people who worked in the shop was so frustrated with the situation helped me removed my car. They called him saying he cant do this and thats when he agreed to write a written statement to give me my lights back and all my money. To this day he is still giving me round around and yet to return anything in the agreement.Desired Settlement: All im asking is for all my money back. im an emotional reck for the amount of money I spent on trains, buses and cabs. I also pay a car note every month for a car I dont have. I now I have to take my car to another shop, buy all the lights and parts and pay for the car to be fixed over.
