We had [redacted] come over to give us a bid. He is very professional and knows his paint. And the price was excellent. A couple of days right on schedule they came out and painted our whole interior of our house. Fast and very neat. I highly recommend them.

We hired Paintrite Pros to repair a ceiling crack and paint the living room, kitchen, and front entry room ceilings of our home. We were getting ready to sale our house and needed the repair and paint job done ASAP. Chris, the owner, was very kind and accommodating and listened to our needs and concerns. He sent his paint crew out the very next morning to get the job done. Lucky for us they had just finished another job and were able to squeeze us in. Lowis, their secretary, was so nice and played a key role in scheduling and communicating with us. The crew was friendly and completed the job in a short amount of time; the ceilings looked great and I was very pleased with how clean they left everything.

A week and a half passed and we started to notice the crack appearing again. I contacted Chris and right away he sent his head foreman Elijah out to inspect and repair the crack using a different product. I was impressed how Chris and his staff genuinely cared about correcting the problem and providing excellent customer service. The crack hasn't reappeared and the interior paint job looks great.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service, the professionalism, the follow through, and the finished product delivered by Paintrite Pros. Finding a company who only possesses one or two of these qualities is hard to find, and Paintrite Pros has them all. Their pricing was very competitive. For us, finding a company that could not only paint the exterior of our house but also perform the repairs necessary prior to painting, was very important. We had a lot of siding that needed to be replaced and they took care of that also. Their siding expert spent a long time going over what needed to be done and explained everything to me so that I understood what was going to happen. They always showed up when they said they would and kept us informed. Paintrite Pros is a smaller company who takes pride in their work and actually appreciates you as a customer. I would recommend Paintrite Pros to anyone interested in painting their house, inside or out.

Before I hired Paint Rite Pros I obtained two other bids. One was higher and one was lower. I saw some positive reviews on the internet for Paint Rite Pros but what sold me was their professionalism. I called and spoke to Lowis in the office to ask her a few questions about Paint Rite Pros. She was very friendly, patient and professional. She gave me an appointment for a bid that was convenient for me and my schedule. Chis came out and gave me the bid. He was on time and his attitude was very professional as well. I thought about it for a few days and was considering going with the cheapest bid but we all know how that usually works out. I decided to go with Chris and Paint Rite Pros because of how they treated me. Even though they were not the cheapest bid their bid was very competitive. I called back and told Lowis I decided to go with them and she was able to get us on the schedule within a few weeks. This obviously can vary depending on the time of year. They painted our house in mid November.

The paint crew of Francisco, Elijah, Sunny and Derrick were no different. They were on time and went to work as soon as they arrived. As you might expect I had a bunch of questions for them and they were just as friendly and professional as Chis and Lowis. They happily answered all of my questions and told me to just let them know if I had anymore. These guys did a fantastic job painting our house. They masked and covered all of the windows and masked and covered all of the concrete adjacent to the house. When they were finished they cleaned everything up including all scraps of paper, tape and plastic. It truly does look better than when it was new.

So the million dollar question is, would I use Paint Rite Pros again? Absolutely!

We were so thrilled with the job Paintrite Pros did for us! Chris G[redacted] came out and was there every step of the way. The estimate for painting the exterior of our house was fair and reasonable. They also did additional repairs to window frames and our chimney box which had dry rot. The team was phenomenal!!! Bryan and the crew were fantastic, flexible, and followed through on our specifications exactly. Lowis was key with communicating with all players. We would definitely recommend Paintrite Pros to anyone who wants and expects a superlative job well-done! Above all, I fully trust Chris and his impressive team.

I wanted to thank Chris, Lowis and the entire team for the great job they did painting our home. Our house is not the largest (1950 sq ft), but they made us feel like our satisfaction was as important as any job they had. They were prompt to get us scheduled and on time with every phase, from estimate, to power washing, to prep and finally painting. The team was constantly checking in with us to see how things were going. The quality of their final product exceeded all our expectations. Several hours after the crew left the finished job, Chris called after driving by the house to make sure everything met to our satisfaction and encouraged to call back if we found anything we felt needed to be followed up. He said he would do what it takes to make sure we are happy.

When we started this process, we received one lower bid, but not a huge difference from what PaintRite offered. However, the feeling after meeting with Chris was that this was company focused on delivering quality work and that customer service was a priority. This is exactly what we got and was worth every penny we paid. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to get their home painted.

Due to the damp weather this time of year they used a special more expensive paint formula that dries even in humid environments at no additional cost to us. Our house looks beautiful!

The consultation was very thorough and I knew exactly what to expect. They had the samples colors delivered and we got them up and chose the perfect combo. The paint crew was great. Super friendly and clean. It took 2 1/2 days from wash to finish. I love driving up to my fresh new house!!! I would recommend them to anyone!
