First this company's customer service manager was extremely rude to me on the phone about them not being able to ship as soon as possible. He constantly kept repeating certain words to me as if I did not understand what they meant. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. They did not want to compensate for anything even the shipping since I received the item two weeks later. I also wrote to them once again to tell them I would be filing a complaint and they did not respond at all. Once I received the paint it did not match the color of my car at all. It looked like the paint you would buy from [redacted] for $5.00. This was a very frustrating experience for a pricey can of paint which did not match the color of my car as they state on their website.Product_Or_Service: 12oz Spray Paint Can- Crystal Black Pearl NH-731POrder_Number: Invoice # [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like a full refund since the customer service was horrible and since they like to be rude to their customers by making them feel like they don't understand what they are saying. When I looked at your previous emails, all were promptly answered within one hour. Nearly all your emails were why we could not ship your order faster. We answered we take the orders as they come in and this is our busiest time of year. Also, we must custom make each order. In addition, be law, we can only ship via ground as paint is considered hazardous.As far as the paint not matching, I noticed you did not order any clearcoat which our site strongly recommends. without clearcoat, the paint would not match very well and be quite dull.If the paint still does not match, we have a well established problem reporting procedure in place. I understand it was a busy time of year but the phone call I recieved was very rude and the person the the phone was not treating me well by what he kept repeating. He kept repaying the word weekend in a very rude manner as if I didn't understand what weekend meant. This company is just taking money from people without giving any type of usable product. I ordered a black paint stick and they sent me a blue one and then said it was my fault.Desired SettlementI think the public should know or be warned about this.Business Response we have asked the customer for a sample of the paint to compare to our factory color standard. We can ONLY make the color code requested by the customer. If the customer gave us the wrong color code, then he will receive a different color than what he expected to receive.At no point have we ever "blamed" the customer. The customer must agree to our return policy BEFORE they can place an order. We already requested a sample of paint from this customer on June 27, 2016.We will await the customer sample and if it does not match our factory color chip, we will send out a new paint pen AT NO CHARGE. If it matches the color chip, then we will notify the customer of our findings.We do everything we can to satisfy the customer, but they must honor our return policy they agreed to.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I didn't order blue. It's that simple. If their employees make mistakes, the consumer shouldn't have to bear the inconvenience. Paintscratch.com sent the wrong color paint then refused to correct the error.The paint that arrived did not match my vehicle's paint color. This was because of an error on the Paintscratch.com website showing the wrong color for the paint name; I chose by the color on the website that matched my vehicle, but the color code was for a different color. Instructions to avoid this ordering error was present but in fine print below the 'order now' button.To mediate the conflict, I offered to split the difference and pay half to receive the correct color paint. Paintscratch did not respond to this offer; now I would just like a full refund.Product_Or_Service: 1 1/2 oz. Basecoat Paint PenOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI will return the unused paint in exchange for a full refund.Business Response Customer just needs to follow our return policy which they must agree to BEFORE they order.
