Review: On September **, 2014, my uncle and cousin were CONFIRMED for their flights. We have reservation codes, airline reservations and etickets. Upon arriving at the airport they found out after hours of inquiring that their plane was overbooked and they were bumped from their flight. PAK US TRAVELS, never contacted them regarding this nor have they given them a refund. We have called and sent emails, but have heard no response. My uncle has [redacted] and [redacted], it was detrimental for his health to be walking and standing around for hours without anyone telling him what was going on. His son has [redacted] and the hours of waiting in crowds was not good for his health. They had to buy last minute international tickets at full price at the airport because his CONFIRMED TICKETS WERE NOT HONORED. We want a full refund for our tickets and compensation for the last minute tickets that were purchased due to PAK US TRAVELS INCOMPETENCE.
