I took my 6 year old daughter to this business to get her hair cut on 6/14/14. All [redacted] wanted was a "bob" cut. The woman, [redacted] that cut her hair literally took 5 minutes to cut several inches off her hair. I thought it seemed a little quick, but it wasn't until we got home that I realized why it was so quick. Her hair was different lengths in different spots. The back of her hair was shorter then the sides, and there were several spots where her hair was at least an inch longer then the rest of her hair. When we got home (40-45 minutes away), I called up there and all they could say was that the manager had already left and to call back on fathers day. So, when I did, the manager, [redacted], told me to bring [redacted] back up so they could "fix" it. I explained that I have an autistic 2 year old and that we lived almost an hour away and we couldn't just get in the car and come back.The upcoming week was going to be very busy with the end of school coming and I couldn't get her back there. [redacted] told me to call and speak to an owner, [redacted] I tried several times but she was never there and never returned my call. When I finally spoke to her over a week later, I explained what happened and that I had to bring [redacted] elsewhere to get her hair fixed. I asked for a refund and for them to pay to get her hair fixed and she was EXTREMELY rude and told me that it was NOT going to happen. Mind you, the woman that fixed [redacted]'s hair had to take another 1 inch to an 1 1/2 off her hair... I want my money back and the $25 I paid for it to get fixed!!!Product_Or_Service: Hair CutDesired SettlementI want my money back that I paid them ($12) and the money it cost me to get her hair fixed ($20I do have a picture of one of the spots where it was longer. AND other people saw how bad her hair looked and will back up my statement, not to mention the woman who had to fix it.Business Response I understand Ms. [redacted] frustration with this matter, but unfortunately with not seeing the results she is stating that she received with her daughters haircut Palace Hair Design cannot do anything for her. If she brought her daughter back her daughters hair would have been looked at and fixed at no cost to her. Our policy is that we do not refund monies for services, but do make corrections if needed at no charge. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I attached a picture of her hair. I have witnesses who saw what a terrible job your stylist did. I'm not making this up. To me $12 isn't worth it, but your reputation should be.
