I have tried to e-mail *** *** to let them know I have issued a call tag for all merchandise they would like to send back. When we receive the merchandise the two existing invoices will be credited out

On 11/17/15- The Company called us and we issued a *** Call Tag immediately. There was no money paid so there is no money to refund

businesses operate includingOUTS.If the purchasing agent or buyer is busy or there is a more convenient time to speak to them regarding us becoming a vendor or if they need merchandise we call back after getting their name.In this situation our sales person did call back and spoke to Jose Favela who said he was the purchasing agent for the company. They spoke and Jose placed an order for two different types of gloves. Theyare quality work glovesThe package was refused and the invoice crossed in the mail. [redacted] then called us and started screaming verbal abuse to the owner and the sales person whose name is not [redacted]We have been in business since 1992 and we very rarely get complaints like [redacted] has accused us of doing. We do business the right way, and were extremely courteous to her and she took it to another level. There was absolutely no reason for the Revdex.com to be involved when the matter was solved instantly. Of course the invoice was credited out as soon as we received the merchandise back.Thank you Palace industries

Review: This company called during our regular business hours and will ask for a specific employee, leading our employees to think they know them, or have talked to this vendor before. They word things in a way that they are tricking you into a shipment. No amount of training could have helped our employees aide this situation before it was too late. Sure enough, less than a week later we receive a shipment of a bunch of crap that we did not want and did not agree to. Once I realized what had happened, we packaged everything up exactly the way they had it and sent it back; refusing the order. Today I received an invoice in the mail for $375.68, knowing very well that this company has in fact received their order back. When you call, they are overly rude, and the gentleman named Meal basically told me what my issue was. He said, "You are calling because you didn't want the product, and you want us to not call your company anymore?" His exact words. If this issue has not happened before, then how did he know in such detail why I was calling?Desired Settlement: I strongly request that other companies be aware of this scam of a business. I am writing for no other reason than to inform other businesses of Palace Industries. They are dishonest and shady.

We had a salesperson call and ask about the types of products we use in our business. They told us they would send us a sample...I'm sorry, a sample in my book is FREE. Apparently, Palace Industries have a different meaning of the word "sample". We were shipped product, they a company rep called and asked for our mailing address to send us some literature. Apparently, Palace Industries calls invoices literature. Our receptionist was very uneasy about the conversation and gave the call to a manager who determined the literature was actually an unpaid invoice for the "samples" they shipped us.

Clearly, from all the reviews I have read about this company, they are in the Business of scamming people. Good luck staying in business. Hopefully, all of the people they have scammed over the years will review the company online, file complaints with the Revdex.com and hopefully one day, someone will file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General in PA where the government will get involved with your unethical business practices.

We did not loose any money, just time and headaches dealing with an company who should not be allowed to be in business!
