Review: This complaint is regarding East Coast Fitness, located at [redacted] Phone: ([redacted].I'm a current member of this gym. East Coast Fitness is charging its customer without their permission random fee. A $10.70 was charged on my card without my consent. I also learn that they are doing this to other members. I also tried to talk to the manager and tried to get refund. The front desk person is really rude and said it's in your contract. I asked for copy where I learn that is not true. Nowhere in the contract it says that gym will charge members a random fee. I also tried to call them back and got no response. I also asked for a manager when I was at the gym and got nowhere and basically told me sorry and ask me to come back later when the manager is around. This gym is running scam and taking money from customers. I would like to take legal action.Desired Settlement: Refund money to all of the customer who they took money from and bring them to justice because its wrong and unethical and bad business practice.
