We had the opportunity to engage Palmieri Movers twice in one week. Robert Q. met with us and took the time to review and understand the circumstances before providing a fair estimate. The first move involved Jodie, Anthony and Charles, while the second move involved Mike T. and Tommy B. They were all cheerful, efficient and careful with our items. Both moves went perfectly well with time to spare. If we have to move again, they will be the ones that we contact, as well as recommend to family and friends.

Review: This complaint is two-fold, customer service was unbelievably terrible and company disorganized as well as late services and delivery which caused us two days of missed work to handle moving that should have taken 5- 6 hours.From the get go the office was disorganized with regards to getting me the necessary paperwork and following up with me AT ALL.I kept having to call, follow up, request paperwork, request information.As of the day before our move I still had not heard back about what time to expect the movers so I called the office and was told 9-9:30am the next morning.By 10:30am no one was there and no phone call to inform of tardiness. We called office, identified ourselves and was told the movers had left awhile ago and are probably stuck in traffic.By 11:15 still no one was there and no phone call.We called back, I was told that then that we weren't scheduled until a 12:30-1pm move and that I was wrong about the time.If I was wrong, why were we told just 45 mins earlier they had left and must be stuck in traffic?they messed up.By 1:45pm still no movers and no phone call.I called back, told I'll be called right back.Mover himself called to tell me their morning move was running over and he would be there closer to 2:45pm.This info of lateness should have been given by 1pm.Finally at almost 3 they showed up.By the time we got to unload it had started storming and the men could not finish.They wanted to take our furniture and charge almost $200 overnight storage fee and then more money for having to come back out next day.We complained so they waived that fee.So, I had to pull teeth to get info from office as to specifics, then got the wrong info and we took off work to be home which did not need to happen, and bc they were late our time ran into the storm that night and had to be finished next day, more time off work and they wanted to charge us for their mistake and late services.And we were told WE were wrong.I have all my emails, questions,calls documentedDesired Settlement: This would not fit in the problem section, but they also handled the furniture poorly, I was watching out the window as they were unloading the truck with a hand truck and furniture was falling off. My desk was damaged in this way.

Full cash refund for frustration of services, late services, unorganized office and terrible customer service, giving wrong information about time of job resulting in a day off work for us not needed, late services resulting in frustration and spilling over job into two days and another day off work for us. Undue hardship for us, because they were late we carried most all our stuff outside so the movers would be able to move faster because it was getting so late.
