Revdex.com.This client/customer is making accusations against P&D Home Inspection Services.The customer did not pursue a home purchase after P&D Home Inspection Services provided services and written report on March 27,Amount paid to P&D Home Inspection for performing the Home Inspection was in the amount of $not $as stated by client/customer within the complaint filed with the Revdex.com on July 7,2017.Under customer statement of the problem on the complaint form provided by the Revdex.com to client/customer to help file this complaint, states the following:“Contract that I signed clearly states the home inspector will not show/share the report with anyone but meHe sent it to me and real estate agentNow he refusing to send me a copy of the contract and refund my money.’’In that statement client/customer is quoting the contract but is requesting a copy from us?Documentation that this ciient/customer is requesting will not be provided at this time nor will the said client/customer be reimbursed for services performed on March 27,by P&D Home Inspections Services as the client/customer threatened legal action against P&D Home Inspections Services on June 19,at another Home Inspection that we were performing fear said client/customer at clients request.However, signed documentation/contracts will be presented and/or provided in defense of P&D Home Inspection Services if legal proceedings take place in the future.We at P&D Home Inspection Services, LLCunderstand the anxiety and frustrations that occur during the real estate transaction, that is why we are extremely thorough when performing a Home Inspection and always act in a professional manner towards our clients/customersWe are very proud of the services we offer to our clients.Respectfully,Patrick G***

Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced is how we would describe Pat G[redacted] and the home inspection services provided by P&D Home Inspection Services LLC. We contacted several home inspection companies but did not feel comfortable with any of them. We then contacted P&D Home Inspection and immediately knew that this was the company we were choosing. Pat G[redacted] quoted us a very reasonable price and agreed to work around our schedule. We arrived fifteen minutes early on the scheduled day and time and when we pulled up to the house, he was already completing a preliminary inspection of the outside. He explained to us exactly how he was going to proceed with the inspection and asked us to accompany him during every step of the process. During the inspection, he explained to us deficiencies that he would be looking for and explained each step throughout the process. We really were impressed with his knowledge of home inspections and were informed that he also does inspections for several municipalities in Butler County. After completing the inspection, he asked if there was anything else we would like him to look at before he was done. Before leaving he reviewed his findings with us and informed us that we would receive his report in about 24 hours. True to his word, we received a 69 page professionally completed report augmented with photographs of his findings and recommended repairs the very next day. The purchase of a house is a major investment and we do not feel that you could find a more professional and reasonably priced home inspection company than P&D Home Inspection Services LLC.

Patrick is very knowledgeable and informative. He takes his time and makes sure you understand what he is explaining when you have any questions. You feel important and he is patient with you.

We had a very good experience with P&D Home Inspection Services. Patrick is very thorough, and took time to explain what he was looking for and answer our questions. We never felt like any of our concerns were ignored. It was honestly a pleasure working with him. He's a nice guy that knows his stuff. We would recommend him.

The inspection was awesome! I learned more about houses with Pat in a few hours then I ever thought I would. He went over every inch of the house with us informing us of everything negative or positive. I would highly recommend P&D Home Inspection to anyone.

I was buying a new home and I had P&D do my home inspection and I can tell you not only were they extremely professional in every way but they went above and beyond to make sure that they gave me the best home inspection possible. They did not miss anything and explained in detail what the positives and negatives of what they found during the inspection. Finally they followed it up with a detailed report with photos that was priceless. I would recommend that anyone needing a home inspection consider using P&D inspections, they are extremely knowledgeable and professional. You will not be disappointed!!!!

This was my first experience using P&D Home Inspection Services and I'm giving them an A+ rating. Patrick was extremely professional in returning phone calls, scheduling, and knowledge on what to look for during the inspection. He went over his findings, asked if I had any questions or needed further detail before leaving. Shortly after I received a very comprehensive 74 page report via email, which was my preference way to communicate. I will certainly use P&D for future inspections and I suggest you do as well.
